This location prepared 30 catering boxes of subs and 4 boxes of fresh made chocolate chip cookies for me for a Christmas party I hosted today for our employees. The entire large order was ready on time when I picked them up and provided all the condiments we needed. The manager worked through the night to have the subs fresh for us in the morning to pick up for our lunch event. Our group of 230 people enjoyed the special lunch. I highly recommend this Hatfield Jersey Mike's for catering pick up! The employee (Mario) who helped me place the order the week before our event was very helpful too!

Great sandwich, but the attitude of the meat slicer today (around 1pm) was absolute garbage. It was our first time trying Jersey Mikes, and while the sandwich was great, I'm not sure we'll be back to this location. We were not made to feel welcomed at all, were given an aggressive attitude when we asked questions and wanted to change the size of our sandwich (again it was our first time) and it overall left a very sour taste over the whole experience.

Food taste is good and they usually have your order ready when they estimate it, but the prices are high and the portions are small for the price. Wawa hoagies are much better. Any cheesesteak place around here has better cheesesteaks. The place is never busy, which is telling.

I came here this evening around 7 o’clock after the Eagles win. I knew they were closing soon, so I was pleasantly surprised when they freshly sliced the cheese n turkey for my sub. If anyone’s worked in the restaurant biz, , that means they want the freshest start of sliced meat n cheese to start Monday off And if y’all know, the Philly suburbs - to work during an Eagles game is torture- So for 3 young gentlemen, to be so nice and gratuitous at 7 o’clock on a Sunday, meant the world to me. whoever was on shift tonight - they deserve a raise for pleasant attitude. Take note managers!

The buffalo chicken cheesesteak is so good! Italian too. We love coming and always see it busy

They are so so careful for gluten free orders. They have a separate knife for the bread and put it together on a clean surface and change gloves. The fact that I don’t have to go over all of this is amazing, they are well trained in cross contamination. Everyone I’ve encountered here is so kind. It’s dangerous that they are so close to my house haha

The only extra I ordered for my sandwich was lettuce….you couldn’t remember to put the lettuce on. We went in and ordered in person for take out and you couldn’t remember lettuce. The prices are a bit high to mess up someone’s dinner. Not a happy customer

Best at up for take out, as there is limited seating. They don't skimp on the subs, but the variety of additions is pretty basic. Still, if you're in the mood for a sub, you can't go wrong here.

They make great subs but the service is definitely on the slow side. Several people standing around two people going crazy making sandwiches. They must know something I don't. Haha
