Wonderful experience!! So happy this store is under new ownership now! Every time I go, I get exceptional service, the food is always hot n fresh and am always served with a friendly smile

Been 3 times and all wasn't a good experience. 2 the mini hotdogs were not cooked all the way through . When I brought it back, he said ok and then just gave me another one. No apologies whatsoever. Today I just got mini dogs and it's burnt.

Awful service. I called two weeks in advance for a pretzel tray for pick up at 11 AM. I arrive to pick up my tray and the place was not open and the man standing behind the gate told me it would be ready by 12 o'clock. I said 11 and we confirmed 11 I'm not quite sure why when you open up at 10 you cannot have a pretzel tray ready for me by 11 o'clock. I then called the New Britain and they said they only takes 20 minutes and the tray was complete. Will never use the hilltown store again. New Britain stores was WAY nicer and helpful.
Not too bad. The pretzel bites could have been softer.

Your order process is terrible. Called in a tray hours in advance. Watched you give my tray away to the person in front of me, then had the nerve to tell me I never called. Maybe if your order system consisted of more than an 8 year old and a spiral notebook, you wouldn't have issues. Like I have nothing better to do than drive over, wait 10 minutes, get lied to and then be told to wait another 20 minutes while you make a tray. No thanks, never again, the store in Lansdale understands customer service, not the genius running this place and his kid.
I use this place for all my parties! No party is complete without a pretzel tray....it feeds everyone and it's an awesome treat.
