Staff was friendly. I was greeted with a nice smile and I was asked, how are you doing today? The food tasted good and it was served nice and hot. No long line for drive thru services. My orders were filled correctly. We enjoyed the cheese burgers, french fries, chicken nuggets and vanilla frosted ice cream.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered small fries, cheeseburger with tomato and mayonnaise, and a Diet Coke. Fries were cold and the hamburger was also cold and dried out. Tasted like they scraped off the usual toppings and replaced them with the tomato and mayonnaise. I could taste the mustard.

One of the most frustrating Wendy’s I’ve
been to. Every time I go through the drive-through it’s incorrect my order. Tonight I ordered a five dollar biggie bag. A pecan salad, a large fry and 4 piece nugget with a sprite. The biggie bag was missing the Fries, the ladies kind of arguing with me in regards to what I ordered. And then tells me I have to pay more for my nuggets after she already took my card. Then I ordered a second drinkprior and all they give me is a small sprite and no other drink and as I tell her, I’m still missing a drink. She tells me she didn’t charge me for it and wants to take my card again. Wendy’s, what is going on?? Not professional nor was it correct to try and argue with a customer. Apparently several people have had issues with this older woman. I think retraining might be needed… especially when people are kindly asking for what they ordered..
Go inside if you need to order.
Update: dining inside can be just as rough. The employees have no concept of inside voices. They talk and argue at full volume there. Don’t go here if you want a calm place to eat

Walked in with a friend to get dinner and while at the order screen we hear a manager lady from behind the counter just completely yelling at her employees. We stopped ordering and left

I'm disappointed because with these it's already two times that I go to this store and just now that I go because I thought I had a different perspective it turns out that I ordered my order at the counter and it was a bad treatment by the Spanish-speaking manager because I wanted to ask for my order and she couldn't take it and what she did was call someone who knew English because she didn't understand me so I had to ask her for my order online. At the time they were going to give me my order, the manager only put the food and didn't say who it was for simply because she can't speak the language perfectly. It's disappointing because it's twice that the same thing happens to me and a store manager is supposed to speak the language well and not like she does that she hides from people for not speaking I don't know what someone like that really does as a manager

I go to this one instead of going to the one in souderton because the manager at this one her name is Rachel she never has a line through the drive-thru she makes the food completely fresh I watched her do it today she doesn't get enough praise for all the hard work that she does she does all positions too and helps anybody that's
Absolutely disgusting. I found a long hair inside my breakfast sandwich — after I had already taken a bite. At first I thought something felt off, then I looked down and saw it baked into the sandwich itself. It wasn’t just on the wrapper or the outside — it was actually cooked into the food.
I felt sick immediately. There’s no excuse for this — it shows a complete lack of cleanliness and attention to basic food safety. I lost my appetite and honestly can’t believe this made it past whoever prepared it.
I won’t be coming back, and I’d strongly advise others to check their food before eating. This was a truly disgusting experience.

Ordered a Frosty Swirl, and don't know what I got but it sure wasn't what I ordered. There is no way the person making it didn't know they made the wrong drink before handing it to me.
