Can’t even get a simple order right. Ordered two sandwiches no mayo no lettuce and both were on both sandwiches. Terrible that they can’t get an order right. Skip this place. Go to Wendy’s or McDonald’s. This one clearly doesn’t care at all

Horrible slow service. During known peak hours everyday? Idk how fast food got progressively slow af since I was young. I was in line at drive thru 10 min. No car moved of 5 in front of me. I left the line after I ordered. Hungry af and mad left. The older manager lady is soooo kind and sweet everytime.

The guy working the drive-thru was rude. We couldn't figure out why my order code wasn't working in the first thing he says is "what do you want me to do about it." Kid needs to grow up and stop trying to avoid effort of any kind.

Horrible service this Friday night ( 8/16). Pulled up to the drive through and was the only car there, it was after 10 pm so the inside doors were locked with no customers. I sat 20 mins waiting for 2 orders , eventually turned my car off because of all the gas I was wasting ! I saw only one employee who seemed as if lhe was high, he kepr walking all around in the store ( from what I could see), hevwould walk towards the front of ths store (!??) and back, over towards the register for customer and back, fill up a drink, go look at a half filled bag, it was like he was in a daze going in circles ! Finally car after car started pulling up after me. I just pulled out without my food. Felt sorry for all the people in line, felt like saying " turn around, turn around !! " go somewhere else

What type of management puts only one employee on a Friday night ! No lie, 20 mins plus !!

I went through the drive through today for the fish sandwich which is really good but upon talking to the associate at the speaker of the menu she told me to get a life because I told her to make the change to my sandwich a meal to a medium from a small which I don’t understand. I left the drive through and won’t ever return except through Grubhub…

Literally the worst burger king i have ever been to. I live a few blocks away and have tried coming here multiple times. And its terrible everytime. The service is always rude and non existent. The food is either cold, or falling apart. Its not worth going to. It never gets better.
