What I ordered is not what I received. Highly disappointing. Steak quesadilla yet the steak was placed on the side and I ended up trying to stuff it in my quesadilla. The meat was tough, bland and cold. What I received looked more like a grilled cheese. My chips were stale and extremely salty. I have never eaten a chip and spit it right out. Not worth the wait and I won’t be returning. I was wrong for not checking my food before I left. FYI could only order online although I was physically at the location.

This past Sunday , August 9th My uncle and I visited this chipotle on Haverford Avenue. Upon arrival yes, it was busy with three other guest ahead of us. However, the Food table in which the burritos and bowls are made was extremely caked with all sorts of sauces, meats, lettuces and other Ingredients. I asked the Young lady, if she could wipe down the counter as the burrito for the guest in front of me had touched those ingredients. 🤢
The young lady went and got a wet rag And barely wipe the table clean, neither was a Dry towel used to clean the wet surface. Asking then for a manager, the young lady with the long braids who stated she was the manager, asked if I could give them time as there was a long line.
I mean I was a part of that long line, about to pay for an item that I desired to eat which is the reason for my presence, and should be served with the utmost Cleanliness.
I then proceeded to ask the young lady positioned in making the bowl or burrito, if she could grab two pieces of foil so that my burrito would not touch the now residue of wet food that was not thoroughly wiped!
A gentleman then came with a towel And spray bottle rubbing and circular motion, the spots on the table But did not thoroughly clean once again. I literally just walked out because I refuse to pay for food in which is not offered in a clean environment! The total lack and disregard of my request as a paying customer is absurd.
Thank you for the unsanitary employees working that day who could not meet a basic request to ensure my health and safety to enjoy such a delicious savory stir fry. I took my money to Honeygrow and had a lovely lunch!
Please note pictures provided after the lady allegedly wiped down and during the 2nd alleged wipe down and request of two foil wraps and putting the foil wraps on top of the wet surface to slide down to gather a wet residue of whatever was already on the dirty rag, the solution etc. I think not!!!
Came for bowl they made me the bowl (which btw had 6 pieces of chicken and barely filled the bottom of rice, would recommend pretty much any other chipotle in the area for accurate portions) let me pay for my food and then had to find out on my own that I can’t even eat my food because they are out of spoons and forks???? extremely disappointed in whoever the manager is that does inventory makes no sense to me how you don’t have forks or spoons bc what am I supposed to eat with now my hands??? Should’ve let me know that before so I could have just ate at Panera next door. There’s a giant right next door management can’t run over to pick up forks and spoons until their order comes in? So confusing how a food company has no utensils for the customers to eat with and isn’t even friendly about it when we have to find out for ourselves

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION
Definitely avoid this location if you want chipotle!!! I went in today and it wasn’t busy at all but somehow it took me almost 10 minutes to get my bowl and be out the door. They had my bowl sitting out for about 5 minutes before any sauce or corn was added to it. They should finish with the customer they are serving first before they continue making other bowls. My bowl was cold by the time I checked out and there was a training manager right there testing the temperature of the food hovering over my bowl. Is this how they train you guys? Not a customer first mentality?? She should’ve told the other workers just standing around to help on the line or she should’ve helped herself!!
Second of all the portions are horrible. They are even being cheap with the rice and beans now! And don’t get me started on meat! It’s not even close to a spoonful, but they will definitely drench your bowl in hot sauce!!

Horrible service. Employees take their sweet time to help you. They say nothing and just stare at you instead of serving you. These employees look like they hate their job. Also it was dirty in there.

Overall I was pretty disgusted. You could tell nothing had been cleaned at all the whole day. I thought they must be busy…but I looked around and we were the only customers in there! The service and the food were acceptable.

No matter what time of the day you go they're always out of something. Usually multiple things. I try to go at different times to hopefully have better luck getting a complete bowl but it never works out in my favor. They need corporate level help.

Sad excuse for burrito bowls. Ordered pick up and when I got home and took them out the bag there was barely any weight to them. Open them up and they weren’t even half way full. Me and my son ate them and were still hungry. These franchises are getting pathetic with their portions and pricing. Sticking with ordering from actual restaurants that actually isn’t constantly trying to rip their customers off.

DISGUSTING. over half of what i had ordered for all three bowls i ordered are missing and and idk wtf this brown mush is in my bowls. despicable. should’ve never ordered through ubereats either; they’re making refunds too difficult.

There are other better Chipotles than this one. Not a lot of space inside, and if you say you're going to eat there, they serve the burrito in a paper wrap which breaks up as you're eating. Could be ok for takeout. The parking lot can be very busy.

I regularly go to this Chipotle for lunch, and the staff at this location does an exceptional job of preparing ingredients to perfection, gives generous portions, and works efficiently with great customer service. I have been to other Chipotles in the area and this location stands out above all other locations due to the staff’s commitment to excellence. The customer service and food at this location is on par or better than most restaurants in the area as well. I’m confused why there are so many 1 star reviews, and couldn’t disagree more with their assessment of this Chipotle. I highly recommend this location, and all of the staff that works there deserves the highest praise. Keep up the good work.

This chipotle location is absolutely disgusting! The dining area, the food serving area, every inch of this place is dirty! No one cleans.. it’s no way there should be old food caked around the serving area where the meals are being prepared! Food on tables from prior customers! Trash over flowing! I’ve seen this twice. On top of it all, they were out of lettuce, mild salsa and chicken had a wait! This place is managed poorly!
