There are other better Chipotles than this one. Not a lot of space inside, and if you say you're going to eat there, they serve the burrito in a paper wrap which breaks up as you're eating. Could be ok for takeout. The parking lot can be very busy.
I regularly go to this Chipotle for lunch, and the staff at this location does an exceptional job of preparing ingredients to perfection, gives generous portions, and works efficiently with great customer service. I have been to other Chipotles in the area and this location stands out above all other locations due to the staff’s commitment to excellence. The customer service and food at this location is on par or better than most restaurants in the area as well. I’m confused...
The taste of Chipotle food is the only thing saving this place because service is consistently bad, especially pickup orders. Every time I order takeout, the time has been late by 5-30 minutes. The order is never correct because something gets left out or wrong toppings are used. My teen loves the food, which is the only reason we haven't stopped eating here.
