Domino's Pizza

Bad news they don’t make a NewYork style crust.They will give you a thin crust. Second time ordering from Domino’s.First time I ordered from here and last time! Ordered in California last week same thing but the real thing! Phoned to find out why?Shannon says “they make it different on the west coast”, so riddle me this , Why is the west coast version more like a New York style pizza then the pizza I ordered on the east coast?! They also had skimpy toppings compared to the one on the west coast!! Only thing that was the same was the cost -$30.00! Excuse me ,but I thought Domino’s was the same regardless of the state, just like Papa John’s(not like I was in Japan)! The first 2 pics are the “New York”rip off the second 2 are what I was served in California!
Can hardly see the toppings on the ones from Havertown/ Eagle Road!! The Nerve!! Looks like a first grader made it.Shannon wasn’t very helpful and her explanation didn’t make sense.Corporate is Corporate wherever you go!

Everyone here is really nice, and I say that as the customer who gets off work next door and doesn't feel like cooking all the time... or getting that emergency pizza late at night cuz im an emotional wreck. But seriously, everytime I've ordered here, they've genuinely been such a vibe and polite, and the food here is consistently good :) you guys are great!

Literally the worst Dominos location ever. My app only lets me order delivery from this location for some reason and the lady on the phone told me if I ever order again from their location she will cancel my order (because apparently I’m too far even though it’s the location the app assigns to me). Waited 2h for my food. The Bryn Mawr location is 10000% better.

Two 14” inch pizza delivered cost in total $50 in average between tax, delivery charge and driver tip.
Our pizzas were very light in cheese, not cut through or evenly and the bottom wasn’t cooked through.
How much skill goes one need to cut a pizza????

I paid $40 for some bs, my pizza had no sauce on it, no sauce on my wings, and my brookie was burnt to the point you can’t even eat it.

This is the second time in recent history where my food was at least an hour late. The guy on the phone claimed that the app is “off”, and hung up almost immediately. This is one of the worst franchises I’ve ever ordered from, and I won’t spend anything here again.

Waited an hour and a half for delivery and pizza arrived like this. Have been on hold for over 25 minutes and still waiting trying to report the issue.

Coupons online and on the phone are definitely different., like 50 to 60 percent difference.
then the staff laughs when you question it… and the place is dirty…. ALL DONE.

DoorDash is faster. Every time I place an order here they take forever to deliver it. The last time I ordered I got a notice the delivery driver left the store, and the pizza showed up 45 minutes later. Another time they gave me pizza without sauce.

I just ordered what was supposed to be the $19.99 special and the total ended up being over $40.00. Don't fall for the ad $19.99 that is not what you get. i was told that because the pizza was pan pizza it was more expensive... the ad doesn't say it has to be hand tossed.... it says two pizzas $6.99 each. I am tired of these companies ripping off the customers.

This locations absolutely sucks!!! We’ve tried more than once. They don’t answer the phone. Just ordered online 70 minutes to get the order and we’re missing a pizza. There were only 2 pizzas. He left them at the door. Didn’t even knock or ring the bell.

We live 5 min. from this location. After tracking the driver for 2 hours, only to receive Ken Gekoski order. It was cold and soggy. Hopefully Ken enjoyed what we ordered.
