Very concerning hygiene issue. Employees handled cash, touched their face/beard, and then prepared pizza without washing their hands. Extremely disappointing for a food establishment. đ€źđ€źđ€ź

Ordered a medium NY style pizza and garlic bread bites. The 'medium' was significantly smaller than it used to be. We received a sad, flimsy, thin crust. We didn't receive any sauce with our garlic bread bites, which tasted more like bread than garlic. Quality has gone significantly downhill. Definitely not worth anywhere near the $30 this cost. Will not be ordering from here ever again and I suggest you don't either.

The Dominoâs Pizza near me always delivers. The quality is always solid but what really makes it stand out is the service. One employee in particular always goes above and beyond â friendly, fast, and actually seems to care that your orderâs right and hot when it gets to you. The pizzas are consistent, the crustâs always cooked perfectly, and they never skimp on toppings. Whether I pick up or get delivery, the experience is smooth and reliable. Itâs rare these days to find good customer service with takeout, but this Dominoâs team nails it every time. Definitely my go-to for a quick, satisfying meal.
Ordered here for over a year from May 2024- August 2025. It went terribly downhill in the summer of 2025. I stopped ordering here. They would often forget the specific toppings on my pizza and mess up the selected toppings ratio.
The last straw was when I ordered a pepperoni cheesy bread and they gave me a regular cheesy bread which was 70% raw. They hung up on me when I called to inquire what could be done to correct the error. They offered me a replacement on my 2nd call to them.
I picked it up a day later and they once again gave me a raw cheesy bread and gave me a regular cheese one, instead of a pepperoni one. I complained to corporate many times and it got nowhere. All they offered was to speak to the local store LOL
I started ordering from the bala cynwood location on Montgomery Ave. They are top notch and I never have any errors with my orders.
I feel bad for the havertown location because they are probably understaffed and the turnover rate may be high, but they do not care about the product offered anymore. No sense in investing your hard earned money on a product with no excellence of degree or guarantee.

Ordered a stuffed crust meatza pizza with onions and mushrooms. Also ordered 2 chicken carbonara. The pizza had NO meat and the carbonara had no onions, no bacon, and barely any sauce. This place is terrible!!! I will never order from here again!!!
All the workers look depressed but the food slaps

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dominoâs location due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Kevin. When I mentioned an issue with my order, his response was simply, âwhatever.â I was shocked at how dismissive and disrespectful that was â especially coming from a manager.
Customer service should be about listening and resolving problems, not brushing people off with attitude. I wasnât being rude or confrontational â just trying to get my order corrected â and instead, I was met with indifference and a complete lack of care.
Iâve been a Dominoâs customer for years, but this interaction really made me question whether this location values its customers at all. I hope corporate sees this and takes steps to ensure staff, especially managers, are trained to treat people with basic respect
Bad news they donât make a NewYork style crust. They will give you a thin crust. Second time ordering from Dominoâs.First time I ordered from here and last time! Ordered in California last week same thing but the real thing! Phoned to find out why?Shannon says âthey make it different on the west coastâ, so riddle me this , Why is the west coast version more like a New York style pizza then the pizza I ordered on the east coast?! They also had skimpy toppings compared to the one on the west coast!! Only thing that was the same was the cost -$30.00! Excuse me ,but I thought Dominoâs was the same regardless of the state, just like Papa Johnâs(not like I was in Japan)! The first 2 pics are the âNew Yorkârip off the second 2 are what I was served in California!
Can hardly see the toppings on the ones from Havertown/ Eagle Road!! The Nerve!! Looks like a first grader made it.Shannon wasnât very helpful and her explanation didnât make sense.Corporate is Corporate wherever you go!
Everyone here is really nice, and I say that as the customer who gets off work next door and doesn't feel like cooking all the time... or getting that emergency pizza late at night cuz im an emotional wreck. But seriously, everytime I've ordered here, they've genuinely been such a vibe and polite, and the food here is consistently good :) you guys are great!

Literally the worst Dominos location ever. My app only lets me order delivery from this location for some reason and the lady on the phone told me if I ever order again from their location she will cancel my order (because apparently Iâm too far even though itâs the location the app assigns to me). Waited 2h for my food. The Bryn Mawr location is 10000% better.

We will NEVER be ordering from there again.
Two 14â inch pizza delivered cost in total $50 in average between tax, delivery charge and driver tip.
Our pizzas were very light in cheese, not cut through or evenly and the bottom wasnât cooked through.
How much skill goes one need to cut a pizza????
Thatâs why some people will never get far in life.
