I come to this dunkin almost every day and order the same exact thing, I’ve never had a bad encounter until this morning. I order a frozen coffee and I’m handed an iced coffee which I handed back fairly nice and said this wasn’t what I ordered and asked for the frozen coffee, the lady walks up to the window then tries to argue with me about that’s not what I ordered?! To misunderstand me is one thing but to argue with me over a coffee is crazy to me!!! The man at the window was understanding but the lady was absolutely rude! Terrible customer service to complain about a mistake you made.

It's a shame because I would come to this location often. They messed up my order a few times, that's quite annoying but still something I can get over. However, the one time they messed it up and I went to get it fixed, when I got it back, they literally put 3 of the smallest pieces of bacon on the avocado toast.... you would think they would do what they usually do or a little more especially for getting my order wrong...I'm not going here anymore....it's not consistent with the service.

Usually drinks are well made. Main problem I have is that the workers are talking on their personal phone while assisting customers. I’m sorry, but I don’t want to hear your personal conversation in Hindi of what’s happening with who, as your voice gradually increases. This sort of behavior seems unprofessional to me.

I come to Dunkin every morning and Justin always greet me at the drive through window with Good Morning and a smile . Justin also make sure that my order is always correct. I appreciate his professionalism and great energy and look forward to seeing him every Morning.

This is my go to Dunkin, I stop here almost every morning. Justin provides fantastic customer service at the drive thru window and the staff inside are just as wonderful. It’s clean, the service is quick and the overall experience is great. I’ve never had a problem here and will go out of my way to come here.

Every Morning when I come by the drive through I always get a big smile and a big good morning acknowledgement by Justin if he is at the drive through window, he is always polite towards me and is very polite and has a positive attitude first thing in the morning on my way to work and it puts a smile on my face feeling more motivated for the day ??
Kid-friendliness: I always see a lot of kids getting munchkins.
We love this Dunkin as it’s quick and reliable. We especially love Justin at the drive-thru window. He’s super positive, charismatic and welcoming!
