If I could rate a NEGATIVE 0 I would. By far the worst!! How can you mess up burger fries and a shake. Cookies and cream shake was just vanilla no cookies and a strawberry shake is supposed to be a pink color it was vanilla. Let’s start with the old over cooked burger I know for sure that that burger was already done for at least 5 hours. They served up fries that sat for at least 10 hours. They also forgot half of the order. In 2018 they served us a half don’t burger it’s 2025 and we decided to get disappointed again. Have A burger my ARSE) shut this establishment down!!!! If anyone thinks this place is amazing must eat old food and don’t care about quality… Have A NICE DAY

Located in the rear of the Skatium in Havertown and has its own entrance there. Don’t sleep on this place! Some of the best burgers and fries around. Reasonably priced as well. I walked in around 10:45am I was surprised they were open but apparently they served breakfast here as well. I was greeted right away. Got the bacon cheeseburger with lots of extras and a side of fries. Only cost me $11. I’m sure a meal at McDonalds will cost you more than that! The burger is great, the beef, toppings and bread all wonderful! Best burger in Havertown! The fries are also great! Full of flavor and delicious and believe me, they give you plenty of both! The burger even though the a single is a nice size and a generous helping of fries, I could barely finish it all. If you are anywhere in the area, you MUST stop in and try!!!! Highly recommend!

Walked in and stood around for almost 10 min…lady at the front looked me dead in my eyes then asked the little kids behind me could she help them as if I was invisible do not recommend…was really looking forward to eating here but sadly it would be my last time going
My first 2 orders were excellent. Crispy chicken wraps were delicious. So I ordered the same thing a third time. It was not the same. The chicken was salty not crispy. The entire presentation was sub par. The only conclusion is that a new team member made it. I will not be ordering it again.

I called to check in on my order. I was put on hold for 10 minutes no response so I hung up. when I tried to call back in the phone was disconnected so no one can call in anymore. such a weird experience.

Their hamburgers are top notch and this is my only go to place for burgers. Juicy meat and generous sauce on fresh veggies every time ?✨and on top of that the owner is empathetic and highly responsible. GrubHub cancelled my order out of the blue but the owner felt so bad he went the extra mile to get food delivered himself. Now I have one more reason to keep getting their hamburgers - excellent customer service. Highly recommend this place!
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It was ready quickly and prepared to perfection. It tasted exactly how I wanted it to. Can’t ask for much else when you’re eating at a skating rink.
