The donuts at this location never taste fresh for online pickup orders, I believe they may be selling day old donuts to fulfill pickup orders because there is no way fresh donuts with the hot light on taste old with barely there dried up glaze. I won’t be doing pickup anymore, I need to see my order before spending my money.

Very disappointed that I’m writing this. I recently ordered (and prepaid) 2 dozen for my son to take into school for his birthday celebration. As I arrived the morning of (35 min car drive each way) I was told we don’t have the donuts you ordered. Both employees working had zero sympathy & told me this is common here. I understand the donuts get delivered to this location but a call or email would have been the professional thing to do. For a family that used to be a huge fan of KK, we will not be back. Don’t waste the time!
