I WENT TO GET A COUPLE DOZEN OF DONUTS AND THE MANAGER SAID THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE GLAZED DONUTS FOR 7$ BC THAT WAS THE PROMOTION.I AM BLACK.I SEND MY WIFE IN TO GET A DOZEN BECAUSE IT'S ONLY 8 PM AND THEY DIDN'T CLOSE UNTIL 9PM.MY WIFE IS CAUCASIAN AND THEY SALE HER THE DOZEN OF DONUTS.SHE ASKED THEM WHY DID THEY TURN HER HUSBAND AWAY THAT CAME IN 10 MINUTES BEFORE SHE DID TO GET THE SAME THING SHE JUST BOUGHT!???? THE MANAGER STARTED STUTTERING AND COULD NOT ANSWER HER.SO SHE DEMANDED HER MONEY BACK AND LEFT.

Pretty disappointed, we aren't from the area and visit Philadelphia for occasional hospital visits. We got a dozen glazed, a dozen chocolate iced, 4 sorting hat donuts, and a Harry potter dozen. Since we ordered via carry out and were the only customers in the store, we didn't think to double check all 3 boxes of donuts before the 2 hour ride home. Lo and behold, upon getting home we are missing both the gryffindor donuts from the HP dozen. I've called the store 3 times and have yet to get a response. Paid full price. Not sure how this was missed when there was not a single other person in the store besides us and the employees. Spent about $65 in total since there are no krispy kremes in our area, and we aren't going to drive 2 hours back just for 2 donuts. I guess double check your order even if the place isn't busy to make sure you're getting what you pay for :/

I do not understand why this location is opened so early but when I came in around quarter to 7, they said they did not have any donuts yet. So why open up so early to begin with?? Makes no sense to me and that happened 3 times. Sometimes they don't have no more of the slushy drinks either.
I bit into one dount ever in my life and I threw it away immediately, it was just too sweet for me. But my son loves the donuts so that's why they got the 3 stars. 🌟

Chris was helpful and service was good. I bought an iced raspberry and 3 glazed. All the main staple donuts were available. I came in to try the cannoli inspired donut. They were out. But I guess I need to come in the morning for that, not at 3:45 pm.
