I live in the neighborhood so I come here often. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! And while I miss my genuine NY bagels, which these are not, I still think it’s a great place to nosh. Big Props to the busy and friendly staff!!

I won't be going here anymore. The staff was nice, service was fast and the restaurant was clean. I ordered a egg bagel with turkey bacon, wuth exrra turkey bacon, egg and cheese. Cost me $9.62. I'm going to assume they you butterball turkey bacon. The bacon was thin as hell and overcooked. Hard to chew. So not worth 9.62. I can go to Panera up the street and get a sandwich so much better for the same price. I wouldn't have been disappointed with the price if better quality meat was used.

I used to order through DoorDash, including to pick it up myself, and they’ve gotten my order wrong about 3/5 of the times friends or I have ordered from them, and this is all relatively recently, like within a 2-3 month period. They’ve forgotten my hash brown twice, and gave me the wrong bagel on my sandwich once (I ordered the french toast one after having it from here once before, and they instead gave me a raisin bread one. I hate raisins, so it was inedible, and regardless, it wasn’t what I ordered.)
The same breakfast sandwich has also come with scrambled eggs and fried eggs on different occasions, which I find odd that there’s no standard way to make the sandwiches at a breakfast spot.
The food is good when it’s the order I paid for. Unfortunately, more often than not, I get the wrong order, if I get my food at all.
I’m also shocked after reading the reviews to see how many other people have experienced this, and that this is still occurring months if not years after some people’s comments.
