I used to order through DoorDash, including to pick it up myself, and they’ve gotten my order wrong about 3/5 of the times friends or I have ordered from them, and this is all relatively recently, like within a 2-3 month period. They’ve forgotten my hash brown twice, and gave me the wrong bagel on my sandwich once (I ordered the french toast one after having it from here once before, and they instead gave me a raisin bread one. I hate raisins, so it was inedible, and regardless, it wasn’t what I ordered.)
The same breakfast sandwich has also come with scrambled eggs and fried eggs on different occasions, which I find odd that there’s no standard way to make the sandwiches at a breakfast spot.
The food is good when it’s the order I paid for. Unfortunately, more often than not, I get the wrong order, if I get my food at all.
I’m also shocked after reading the reviews to see how many other people have experienced this, and that this is still occurring months if not years after some people’s comments.

I ordered an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese and I think they put some on. They charge them more for special cream cheese, but give you absolutely none.

So basically I went during the week with my friends. They had an excellent staff team. The lady on the cashier was so friendly and so nice. She was extremely welcoming despite me and my friends being high schoolers. She also had a daughter in high school so she made good small talk and made us comfortable enough to stay there and eat. The other people were good too! The food was absolutely scrumptious. Positive vibes. I got the Everything Bagel with Veggie Cream Cheese and a croissant. My friends got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel along with drinks! Loved those too BTW! We are waiting for another early dismissal to go there and eat! Thanks Manhattan! Highly recommended for everyone (positive vibes with good food).

Quick easy stop for bagel or coffee in my work area. I work in the Havertown / Drexel hill area seeing patients in the homecare setting. If I have a break or cancel in my schedule and need a protein/carb/caffeine stop, this is it. Usually little to no line/wait. Variety of bagels available even in afternoon. Coffee isn’t bad. They have a variety of sandwich options and grab and go items like juice. Service is prompt.

Gross food prep area. Chopped up the chicken for my chelsea chicken, subbed green peppers for red, then tried to convince me that it has always been that way on the menu when i asked why they were doing it that way. Just gross, pushy and rude. Save yourself the headache.
