10/4/2024 @925p I got two sprites that were just seltzer water, fries are stale, apple slices bag was open with missing slices, didn't get my 10 piece... had to ask for it... and they asked me for a receipt that they also never gave me. Drive through teller rushed me through my order. There's been some less than stellar moments at this McDonalds, but this time was an all new low. Yall need to train your staff better, get some better management, and fix the soda machine, because who in the world orders a seltzer at a McDonalds?!

Today, I took my two children to buy their favorite hamburgers and cones. When my first child asked the lady for a cup to store his cone, she didn’t say anything. However, when my second child, who is only eight years old, He tried to ask the lady himself., the lady responded with a mean and bad attitude. Despite my encouragement for him to be brave, she yelled at him impatiently, demanding to know why he didn’t ask earlier.

I was shocked and uncomfortable with her behavior. This is not how a staff member should act. Her attitude was damaging to my child’s confidence and efforts to become more independent and courageous. When I inquired about speaking to a manager, another staff member informed me that she was the manager.

I can't believe someone so rude, impatient, and unsympathetic could hold a managerial position. Her work attitude is appalling, and she clearly lacks the qualities needed to be a manager. I can’t help but wonder if her behavior was discriminatory because I am Asian. Although I have shopped here regularly, I will not bring my children back as long as she is there.

I told them i crunched
And a piece of egg shell in my mouth and in the egg too...i have the Mac Griller and eggshell to show them tommorow...
I am greatful for taking responsibility and offered a refund too..

I've been to this store several times and found that the staff there are very rude! Just now I bought an Oreo McFlurry, and when I drove away a few minutes later I found that I was not given a spoon, but a straw. But it didn't matter, I drove back to get it. The woman told me to go to the second window in a tough manner, and after giving me the spoon, she didn't even say sorry, and just slammed the window and left! I want to say that I'm just a customer who came back to get a spoon, and I don't owe you anything!

This McDonald's location staff is a little different than your normal McDonald's staff. At the time writing this review, the front staff (not cooking food) take a longer than normal time to prepare orders on the morning shift during the week. The employee handling the cash register/preparing food bags just looks at the customer waiting to place a order at the register without saying anything and goes to finish putting a food bag together. Just tell the customer, "I'll be with you shortly" or something like that. Don't just awkwardly look at the customer without helping. Just no good customer service at this location. Just not the same customer service as other McDonald's in the area with the same amount of staff members.
