This is one of my go to Panera locations. The staff is always great in my experience. I never had any issues with customer service. I’m grateful for that. It’s always clean whenever i need to dine in and they do their best to even keep the outside clean and tidy as best as possible. My food is always good quality. However lately the portions on the protein have been lacking.

Boring sterile chain. My boss meets me here when she wants to talk conspiratorially about colleagues without anyone recognizing her. Not good for much else. Go to a proper coffee shop or sandwich joint.

Gotta love unlimited drinks while studying for 7 hours straight. Quieter than Starbucks and more table space too.
The employees are very rude and not qualified. They talk to customers however way they feel. I am never going back and will tell everyone I know not buy from them anymore. My experience was very bad.

Love this location. The employees are friendly and go above for their customers. I always order the tuna sandwich with extra tuna and they made sure that everything i asked for was provided. The manager is kind and always display a smile and that goes a long way. I was grateful to receive a lemon drop cookie which is my fav cookie from Panera. Will always patronize this location. You will not be disappointed. Keep up the great job everyone. Yall are truly appreciated by the Panerians lol.

Took my niece to eat in evening they’re tables not clean, yet girls behind counters snapping pictures while helping customers or walking around on phone, no one speaks maybe I just came at wrong time…..sandwich melt was okay, fruit had black stuff on it and the papaya drink taste like straight flat water out faucet. Definitely gonna try a different location because this one ain’t it

Everything was disgusting. Couldn’t find a seat because every table and seat was covered in crumbs and grime. Drink fountain was disgusting. Floor was disgusting.
