The Italian Diablo is so good. Primos is my go to for delicious hoagie. Their hoagie trays are awesome as well. Called and made order through the app. It said it would take twenty minutes, I arrived in ten minutes. the hoagies were already made and waiting. It did not disappoint. Would definitely go back to this location and get hoagie from there.
Their chicken cutlet hoagie the bada bing was also a game changer, it was so good. Highly recommend.

Walked in at 7:38pm, well before they close at 8pm. Was told they’re closing and can’t make me anything. 🤷🏻♂️ Off to Wawa!
Good food, friendly service!

I guess this place closes whenever they want. Came in around 7pm on a saturday to order a sandwich and they tell me they’re closed. This isn’t the first time. It takes about 5-10 minutes to make a hoagie… Change your hours if you’re gonna close whenever you want.

Places a larger catering order. Showed up and all the food was waiting for me ready to go. Subs and Cookies were great. The whole office was happy with the food. We had leftovers I look forward eating the rest of this week in my office.

First time ordering the Philly cheesesteak at Primos.. couldn’t wait to try the Cooper Sharp on it! Ordered 2 cheesesteaks …one with American cheese and fried onions and one plain with cooper sharp cheese! Took it to go and when I got home mine didn’t have the cooper sharp cheese it instead had American cheese! I was very disappointed but it was still very good! Guess if I go again I’ll have to check my order before I leave the store!

If you are in a rush, this is not the place for you. I waited a solid 10 minutes for my small hoagie while there was just one person ahead of me in line.
For $10 I received a bite-size hoagie.
I wish I had read the other reviews before dropping by.

Update: Reducing to 3 stars because Now the wait times have become unreasonably long. Placed an order at 2:04, was told it'll be ready at 2:40. I guess you have to call in your order well in advance now.
Usually get the veggie Diablo, which is always tasty.

Bought two containers of seasoned mozzarella balls for $5 each, went home to try them and they were SOUR, must have been bad and they put them out for sale anyway, freaking disgusting. Luckily there’s plenty of other great hoagie spots nearby

Havertown primos falling off the franchise standard. We paid extra for extra cheese that wasn't in the sandwich? Asked for pickles which wasn't in the sandwich? They did put hot and sweet peppers that wasn't requested for the sandwich? Waited 20 minutes over for our on line pick up time? Why would I ever order there again when cut above is up the pike? Management is failing to uphold standards!! Very disappointing ?

The menu gives you 3 size options for Cheesesteaks but when you call they only have one option which is $15 and is 90% roll and pathetic amount of meat and cheese. The Chicken Parm sandwich is supposed to be a 6in sandwich for $11 that had a 3.5-4in piece of chicken cutlet.. $26+ to be ripped off and when called to complain to manager of duty he very smugly says “well I’m sorry to hear that cause we have great reviews” meanwhile when you go into the review section it’s predominantly bad reviews over the last 2 months. Would not recommend and will not be going back. Suggestion, if you’re going to overcharge people at least make the food somewhat worth and do better as a manager. The girl at the counter was very nice
