I’ve ordered from them at least 3 different times now. This last time was not good. I ordered 3 orders of General Tso Chicken and it was so hard. How does the cook not know he overcooked the chicken?! We couldn’t even chew it. For $45 I expect much better. That was my last time.

**Update
Not long after I posted this review, I received a call from the owner of Qing Mu. She explained that the cook has a lot of orders and blah blah blah and how she was sorry for my horrible food however never did she once offer to refund me my money or even give me a discount so my question is…why even call me?

I haven't ordered from a Chinese style restaurant in some years, I usually make it myself if I have a desire for Chinese food.
Today I wasn't in the mood to cook, so I went on Google and this restaurant had great reviews.
I walked in around 8pm, I was greeted by a friendly woman that took my order. It was a worker at the table eating and the chef at the table with the lady eating.
I asked her if they use oyster sauce in their food, she asked the chef and at first he said no, then he mumbled something and she changed her response to yes in some of the food.
She stated I could get the sweet and sour chicken.
I ordered two, it came with rice and soup, you do get a large amount for the price, however, the chicken smells like old grease and sauce just tasted like sugar...all sweet no sour.
The chef didn't look to happy to have to stop eating to cook, and it was evident in the food.
Me or the other person enjoyed this meal at all.
I will not be recommending to anyone.
The lady that took my order is the best part of this establishment.

Holy moly what a find. Stopped in after a long day working on our new house where we did not have it in us to cook. Tried 2 different bento boxes and were blown away by:
-portion size (so much enclosed the box had to be rubber banded shut, we ate on the leftovers for several meals)
-price (each of our selections was less than $20)
-quality (new favorite spring roll in the area, crispy coating of batter on the bento and shrimp, fresh fluffy rice, fabulous miso soup, I could go on)
-customer service (they wrote a sweet note thanking us for our business! It was placed into one of the bags we were given along with a takeout menu)
-speed (for the volume of food we were given, the wait was very reasonable. We walked in and ordered, and I think it took maybe 20 mins for us to be handed our food)

Wish I could rate this 100/10, loved the combination of food and friendly family-owned atmosphere so much! Also, the vegetarian and vegan options are both great and plentiful, really appreciate the effort! You hardly ever see vegetarian sushi platters on a menu, but they're so good, and the people working there are attentive, and can accommodate different diets.

Really awesome quality and fresh food with great portions, and the people who work here are very kind. I got the hibachi tofu bento box and it was so good. This has become my new favorite to-go spot.

I really liked the small written note and lot of freebies that this place gives and large portion of food you get just under $20.

The food was spoiled, the raw Spicy Tuna Maki had turned and it seems it was was slightly cooked to mask the rotton fish. The ginger was rotton and the fried rice had been cooked in something foal, (possibly old oil?), the Beef Lo'Mein was cooked in old oil and was dark brown with grease, the General Tsao sauce was thick like glue and spring rolls were mush. We had to throw the whole meal out because it was spoiled and what may have not been spoiled was infected by the spoiled flavor.

Do not eat here, you will get sick! (We did from the few bites before realizing it was off!)

They seem like nice people and the prices are reasonable. I don't usually leave written reviews, but the notes they write in each order is cute. Wishing them the best!

Qing Mu is hands down the BEST Asian cuisine in the area! I’ve revisited several times so I’ve tried lots of different options - fresh ingredients and it’s always great! Staff is always very friendly. Food is super timely, they even text you when it’s ready! I spent several years working in an Asian restaurant so trust me when I say, Qing Mu is the real deal!

Best food and service! I'm so happy to have found and amazing Asian fusion restaurant near me. I haven't eaten Chinese takeout in many years and am very pleased with the quality and exceptional customer service at Qing Mu. The food is cooked fresh so be kind and patient, it's worth the wait. I definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Delicious, fresh, amazingly light. We focused mostly non-sushi items. Big portions. Friendly service with a cute little note in the bag. Don’t be fooled by the building—the place is made for take away and is clean and nice inside.
