I hate leaving poor reviews but as a former Rita’s employee it’s frustrating to get less than satisfactory service, as it was probably the easiest job I’ve ever had. For a fact I know it’s policy to accept any and all coupons regardless of expiry. They rejected my coupon, which has never happened before (this was my first time at this location). I usually ask for extra toppings in my Blendini because there is never enough, and they charge extra, which is fine, but I was given what seemed like even less than the usual amount. It’s just frustrating. I did come late, close to closing time which I try to avoid doing, but I was not the only customer there and not even the last customer. I’m a server and after a long shift I just want to get what I paid for. It’s not that hard to put toppings on ice cream. They did give me extra toppings on the side when I went up and asked for more, but I hate to even have to be that person to ask. Otherwise the place is clean and the girls working are pleasant.

I ordered a small cherry water ice it wasn't frozen it was $4.00 expensive. Never again.
