I hate leaving poor reviews but as a former Rita’s employee it’s frustrating to get less than satisfactory service, as it was probably the easiest job I’ve ever had. For a fact I know it’s policy to accept any and all coupons regardless of expiry. They rejected my coupon, which has never happened before (this was my first time at this location). I usually ask for extra toppings in my Blendini because there is never enough, and they charge extra, which is fine, but I was...

I love their water ice and their custard. I got a gelati with chocolate water ice and coffee custard. The wait was a little long but worth it. I didn't get to eat it as soon as I would've liked, so it was pretty melted, but it was still delicious.

Great place to get water ice and treats. Not really a food place but do have pretzels. you can sit outside on the benches and enjoy. Parking can get hectic and the line a little long.
