I ordered a frozen custard yesterday. It was good. My complaint is that I asked for a small cup of water, so I could take my medicine. They refused and said I could buy a bottle of water. I didn't want to buy a bottled water. I'm not a big water drinker and it would have been wasted. I just needed alittle water to take my medicine. I was disappointed with Rita's.
I just love Gelaties and custard. What more can I say
Love the flavors!
They ran out of Rita’s pretzels and I was given 2 cold pretzels and 2 hot cheese. They at least could have warm the pretzel up for me.
My wife and I had one medium ice cream each,$9.00 dollars way too expensive. No more Rita's. No value for the dollar.

Was told by numerous folks, "You gotta try water ice" or "Have you tried Rita's yet?" The young ladies who helped us were very friendly. If you haven't had water ice before, go give it a shot.
Nice job at shrinking the cup sizes and jacking up the prices. $3.99 for a regular size water ice…seriously? Gouging at its finest. Lost our business…
