Sam’s Boardwalk Style Pizza and Bottle Shop

Good Food and Great Customer Service. When I arrived to pick up my take out food, I have seen a group of kids outside painting the front windows of the business. That's nice of the business to get the kids involved and paint the business a Beach Theme.

Love this pizza. Tastes just like a slice in the Jersey boardwalk.

Total disappointment. Pizza was hard as a rock, no flavor and I asked for onions and spinach on top and received red (salad onions) instead of grilled yellow onions and spinach that wasn't cooked and the whole thing was poor quality.Called them, person was rude and hung up on me. They didn't care they served lousy pizza.Mark Anthony's Paisano's on Eagle Road is so much better!

One star too many. Boy do they mislead. Check out the sign with the weekly specials. Psyche .. gotta ya. Wednesday wing special is not 15. But 19.00 they don't tell you that when you order. When I got ready to pay lady says 19.00. I said you advertise Wednesday wing special 15.00. She blew me off. I said change prices outside on sign… The prices on the sign outside of store on wall are pre pandemic, but they left it there to lure you in. Dishonest pricing for sure I won’t go back because of that slick stuff

Yikes. Placed a grub hub pick up order, was a couple minutes late…. It was like a slo-mo train wreck. There was a crowd of folks who also ordered ahead of time like myself. The girl at the front was unbelievably rude and incompetent (even the way she answered the phone was rude and jarring.) She kept asking what our orders were, snapping at customers, and repeatedly kept checking her phone. I’m also in the service industry, so I sympathize when it’s crowded and you’re manning a busy desk. But she was unbelievably flippant, rude, and uncaring about the situation. Asked for my name and order maybe eight times throughout the whole thing? It was about an hour before we left, and our order was wrong anyway. Not blaming the hard working staff in the back. They seemed to be just as confused and frustrated with her as the customers were.Gonna give this one a miss this one next time. ??‍♀️

Sauce very good, crust thin, edges hard and slightly burnt, overall okay, I'd do it again but not afraid to try elsewhere

So these guys thought.... hey, let's take those hot crispy onion rings and put them in a sealed plastic container, give them a nice sauna, yummy yummy. Really? How long have you guys been serving food.The Pizza was good, not great, but even good is hard to find in the leprechaun colony.Not sure what board walk style is supposed to mean, if you are expecting Manco & Manco, just keep walking you will eventually get there.Would have been at least *** if not **** were it not for the onion rings. Just shows a lack of understanding of what you are doing.

Just had a pizza that was soggy in the middle and dry crust.Got fry’s that tasted like they were cooked yesterday and reheated today. They also gave me the impression that the oil in the fryer hadn’t been changed in a long time. Also had onion rings that were practically burnt.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Cook is very unprofessional and was yelling through the phone at me when approached about a pizza wrongly cooked. Food is sub par .. nothing specially. Will not order from here again

Last time I checked, I’m not pregnant nor did I consume cannabis, but I was craving something fierce. Had a taste for something very specific and Sam’s knocked it out of the park. First time ordering from here, definitely will not be our last. Thanks for having exactly what I was looking for!

We have always loved Sam's pizza and tonight they proved such great customer service! We order a large pizza half plain and hard mushrooms/green peppers and when I picked it up there was pepperoni on the side that should have been plain. I told them we could just take the pep off bc our daughter just wanted the plain side so what did they do? They gave me an entire plain pizza on the house right then and there! Didn't expect that! They are great!

We have enjoyed the food on previous orders, but have placed a delivery order twice in the past week only to receive an email about 15-20 minutes later saying the order has been cancelled and can’t be fulfilled. Quite inconvenient to have to then order elsewhere, so you may want to keep this in mind when planning a meal.

I guess as a vegetarian I can't ask for much. I found this amazing Italian tuna salad here. Which has been surprisingly good for a pizza shop. Although the last few times I've ordered it it's been completely different from what I ordered. How hard is it really to make a salad
