Young inexperienced kids with no customer service training or adult supervision. Staff had hair hanging down while preparing food that took 20 minutes for one drink. Was given the wrong order and when questioned it had the window closed in my face. Owners need to priotitize customer experience.

The person who helped me, Olivia, was absolutely a doll!! It was my first time and she really made me feel welcome. She was one of the prettiest and sweetest girl I’ve ever encountered in the food industry! Keep it up smoothie king!!

Just paid close to $20 for a drink that is not even close to Wright. Tip them and everything and I’ll never go there again. This is not the first time they messed up my drink all the way around. I’m on my way to work so it’s not like I can just stop and go in and get a refund and go through that whole process. The employees don’t care they throw together whatever is there. Mind you the mixture they did give me is absolutely disgusting. I don’t know how they messed it up but they did and I have to throw it out. That’s almost $20 down the drain for nothing. Yes, they’ve messed up my orders before but this will be the last time.

The young lady working the drive through is very rude she has no patience and she’s short with the customers if they’re not ordering fast enough for her. And then they take 10 minutes to give you your drink after rushing you to order it. I also use this Smoothie King after leaving the YMCA.

I travel throughout 4 states for work and SK is my go to for lunch. This store is the slowest and dirtiest.

It takes forever to get a smoothie. Do not come here if you are at all in a rush.

The staff was friendly and gave great service. We got thw acia bowls. Though I would moved to chocolate and peanut mixed in as well they did a good job for store made. I will highly recommend and come back.
