This starbucks has been here a long time, and i’ve had a lot of great experiences here over the years. I have been to quite a few of the starbucks in the area but some of the workers here are just fantastic. The barista John in particular is very friendly. I’ve had some really great and meaningful conversations while picking up a coffee after work. Additionally, Gavin is very pleasant. He is fast, patient with customers, and efficient. Both of these gentlemen make great drinks. I appreciate great customer service and I think this location really provides that. This location is definitely a busier one, but the staff are always so friendly even when the line seems like it will never end.

In addition to the fact that I think that Starbucks are really expensive for their prices, specifically in this branch and really unfortunately because I am there a lot, there are a number of employees that I would have fired a long time ago, as a business owner myself who has employees, believe me that I know how to make the diagnosis, I will give 2 examples, the first example An employee at the checkout, with a scowl on his face, not smiling, yes, I know that everyone will say that something happened to him, so that's why I also thought that way, so I waited to see if it was something one-time or permanent, and it turns out that it is permanent, answers reluctantly to customers and really, by and large, conveys a simple feeling Unpleasant, a second example, yesterday I was there, I almost always drink the mocha cookie crumble drink, I've never had a more shocking drink made for me, just sorry for the expression disgusting, after I took one sip and was disgusted, I approached the employee who didn't stop chatting With some customer and I really had to tell her sorry, add syrup or something, the drink is not tasty, she did not offer me to change the drink and just added chocolate syrup on top, it should be noted that when I received the drink the whole glass was dirty from the drink that was probably spilled and they did not bother to clean the glass, in short I Hopefully this review will reach the managers and they will put some order in the place

The ambiance is welcoming, with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, making it a great spot to work or catch up with friends. The staff is generally friendly and efficient, even during busy times.

My only small complaint is that the prices can be a bit high, especially for the specialty drinks. Also, during peak hours, finding a seat can be challenging.

Overall, Starbucks remains a reliable and enjoyable spot for coffee lovers, offering a wide range of beverages and a cozy atmosphere.
