This location consistently makes my drink as iced instead of hot. Also they put my food in a paper bag on a wet counter almost every time. Love it

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been too!!! They got my order done in decent time and handed it off with a smile :) music was amazing, they played Billy Joel which I like, and staff was very friendly! Jon was very helpful and definitely would come again to see all the staff :)

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Terrible service. Baristas are busy talking to each other that they are not doing their job. They make a hot drink and let it sit for up to 8 minutes waiting on a hot sandwich. Drink is then lukewarm and visa versa. Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks on Broomall just the other side of 476 on WCP.

I've awaken at 7:30 and order at 8:09 am and let me tell you my drink tasted like a ROTTING ZEBRA CARCASS ON THE SIDE OF THE RODE IN THE SAHARA DESSERT!!! my stomach hurt sooo bad and I let out the most powerful smelling poopy blow rocket I've ever farted in my entire life. shame on you Starbucks employee. and not to mention they forgot my METAL STRAW!! the next time I come to this Starbucks I'll be strapped. watch. your. back. Your iced pepermimt mint mocha didn't even come with ICE!! Truly disgraceful. Not to mention the employees weren't even doing their jobs they were talking about who like the flavor vanilla more like nobody cares you skibidi toilet. My worst experience in my entire 3 years of living. I just woke up from a coma and the first thing I drank was this and let me tell you I wanted to be in a coma again Because of this drink. Horrible.
This starbucks absolutely sucks and i don’t know why i keep coming back here. they literally make every drink off and don’t follow the measurements it is insane. and it has been like this for years. no consistency whatsoever…. for how much I am paying for these drinks it should be correct ??? and you get attitude if you ask them to fix it like i know that can be annoying BUT JUST DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME

Overall, a decent local Starbucks to grab a cup of your favorite overpriced beverage. If your timing is right you can find some solace in the average size cafe and get some reading or web browsing done. If your timing is off you better have your earplugs handy and your personal Hotspot ready for your laptop.
