Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating with a contemporary feel. The staff were very nice. Gave a taster that happened to be a great beer- Ruby Coast, a hazy IPA with nice favors and undertones, balanced really well. I rate this beer as good as or even better than similar ones by the workhorse brewery and iron hill brewery. Food selection was also good.
My wife and I enjoy the seasonal beers at Town Tap. We like to get the flights and try the different beers on tap. Our favorite cold weather beer is the "2 Hour Delay" and summer beer is "Island in the Sun". The food is good.
We just moved to town and were excited to try this place with such good reviews. It's got a cool atmosphere, parking is convenient, beer is great, service was fine. But the food could use some serious work. The buffalo chicken sandwich looked and tasted like one of those frozen Tyson chicken patties. A cold potato bun. Stale fries. Wings were just as disappointing. Cafeteria food. Maybe it was a fluke thing? But will definitely be eating beforehand if we ever decide to visit...
