I just wanna know why at 9:19 tell ur customers that ur done serving food for the night and have an attitude when u dont close till 9:30? That is not right at all

I wanted to share how impressive the staff here was to me. A strange guy followed me into the restaurant. I told the person taking my order. She told her manager. They did not leave me by myself. They kind of huddled around me because the guy was laughing out loud. Then they offered to walk me out to my car. The kindness that they showed towards me was so reassuring in this crazy world. I know they can’t get paid enough to do their own work and security… but they are the reason I have faith in people today. Thank you for the kindness and caring.

Absolutely ignored after spending 16 dollars …. Get home and find no sauce as ordered actually no sauce at all terrible terrible terrible service counter lady was too busy talking to what appeared to be a friend then take my order and the order comes out without sauce for nuggets. Last visit for me

They gave me my food, but they left out the 2 fries in my bundle box. I also had to pay full price still.

Was told they were out of fries Sat down to wait for my Burger to be done And another worker came walking up not even 30 seconds later but 3 big bags is eggs of fries So why was I told they were out of frias 2 people ordered And they were able to get print fries

This place says they close at 10 , I walked in to the wettest floor at 9:30 for them to tell me it was closed . So basically McDonald’s your crew is saying bye to customers! I wasn’t the only one turned away !
Well I do not work here anymore and I'll tell you why. This place has bad sister sister management and blames employees for stuff they dont do, morning shift makes a mess and night shift is stuck working after hours cleaning up for them and they still get yelled at. Do not work here! Let me add something else... I've ordered mobile about 3 times and every time so far they've messed it up I've waited up to 15 minutes for a simple order on a slow day before receiving my order and they also keep forgetting my drinks up to a point where I'm not ordering drinks though mobile order anymore. Noticed big lack of communication too. I hate to be a critic but as far as I'm concerned most of the employees here have been here for more than enough time to know what they're doing.
