If you’re taking out, double, no, triple check your order. I had to ask for the soda from our order or they would have forgotten it. They did not include the cinnamon twists we ordered and all our tacos that were supposed to be supreme were not. Very disappointing especially considering it was prime dinner time and there were 6 plus staff members working in the back.

Food is always good. However, just went through a few minutes ago — drive-thru attendant literally made no eye contact and did not say a word to me the entire time — ignoring our very being there. The only time she made eye contact with me was when she rolled her eyes at me and shook her head at us. Not sure what we did wrong other than order food and pay, didn’t realize that egregious. If you don’t like your job…quit. No ones forcing you to work there. 🤷🏻♂️

Service is great at this location even the men are good in service and the food was made to my modifications I thought I was being annoying but they took care of me right . It doesn’t disappoint to eat at the sasquahana location in
Randy, in the drive-thru, has excellent customer service skills!! I stopped going to this Taco Bell a few years ago and figured I would give it another shot this past week. Customer service goes a long way, thanks Randy. I will be returning!

I recently visited Taco Bell, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the nacho fries and nachos, and both were far from fresh. The fries tasted stale, like they had been sitting out for hours, and the nachos were soggy and lacked flavor. Worst of all, the ingredients seemed spoiled, with a sour aftertaste. I expect better quality from Taco Bell, and this experience really missed the mark. Definitely not worth the money.

Where's the meat??I thought I was getting a chicken chalupa. I got a lettuce taco. The nacho bell grande with pico didn't have pico. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes for a simple order that wasn't right. Should've cooked at home.
