I ordered 2 (10) piece nuggets combo and it was missing (2) crunchy tacos and (2) chalupa taco and I tried calling but nobody answered and once answered and hanged up right away.

*EXCELLENT* NEW LOCATION!!! OUTSIDE EATING AREA TOO!! The staffer really kind to let me come in to do a Google review. I'd interesting chat with I think was the manager who was checking out my car and stuff and the Jesus stuff on it. Staff were very kind. Overall a great experience very quick easy out.

I waited a very long time just to place my order. Due to kiosks and online orders being the norm nowadays, the employees get very disgruntled if they have to actually come to the counter and place an order for a cash-paying customer.
A smile and human courtesy would go long way, especially when you're serving food this mediocre.

There are two Taco Bell locations in Hazleton—one by the mall and one in West Hazleton. I can confidently say that the West Hazleton location is the best. The food is always fresh, especially the Chalupas, which I order often and they never disappoint. The staff inside are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. Five stars from me!
I really don't like giving negative reviews but this is definately warranted. Sadly, if I could give no stars, I would. We went for a little snack on New Years Eve Day as we were attending a party later in the evening. We wanted to try the new chicken nuggets because our grandson loves nuggets. We wanted to try them so we would know if he would like them. Well, if you like to eat spicy rocks, you're in luck. There literally was no chicken. It was all breading that would break your teeth. I ordered a hard shell chicken taco supreme. My husband took it out of the bag and the shell was broken into 3 pieces w barely any contents in the shell. The contents were all at the bottom of the bag. Unreal. The management/owner needs to get on top of things. We have much better luck at the Taco Bell on Susquehanna Blvd on the other side of town.

Went here several times, and never had a good experience. They actually tried to charge me for water.....
Yesterday I ordered two tacos and a big beef burrito Supreme. The tacos were ok, but I noticed how small and thin the burrito Supreme was.... as I started eating it I realized there was no meat in it, or sour cream which should have been in it... Only beans. I went up to the counter to inform them and of course there was a language barrier with the worker who couldn't comprehend what I was saying. A second employee told me they would fix the problem and 10 to 15 minutes later, nothing. Finally I walked up to the counter again and they brought me another one which honestly wasn't much better. Don't go here, the taco bell at the mall is much better.

Our first time in this location 😁 I would say not Good not bad , but there is always a but. The mountain dew drinks had particles of who knows what? Be careful what you drink, we did mention to people that works there, they were nice enough to check and see what was the issue with machine that dispense the beverages. Taco bell has reduced there portions , they give me little food we had to reorder more not good. The Cantina quesadilla is joke so flat literally plain toasted tortilla with almost nothing in it.
