While I was ordering at the kiosk my wife and I had to listen to the employees literally begin screaming at each other for maybe a minute or two. It was not busy there but they were acting hectic. The guy behind the counter kept giving me dirty looks, the kind you get when the person wants to fight. Pretty pathetic and immature. My wife and I used to bathrooms. The guys was covered in piss, half dried. The women’s was worse. Literal diarrhea and piss all over the toilet that was dry. Do they never clean these bathrooms? It was disgusting. Then they messed our order up after taking 25 minutes to make it. This is fast food, not rocket science. Then we drive 10 minutes to work and the fries were undercooked. The nacho cheese sauces were literally 1/4 of the way filled at best. They somehow messed up the supreme option for my burritos. The green sauce was missing for cantina items. This place should honestly be shut down. They also have two Google listings so I’ll have to copy and paste this review to both. Stay away!

This taco bell is 1000 times better then the one near the laurel mall. I'd rather wait to have fresh food and my order right.
I started only going to this taco bell because the one near the laurel mall is horrible and the workers really suck at that one.
Ordered online and they mixed up my crunch wrap and had jalapeños on my crunch wrap when i didnt add it on to my food

The food is typically fresh, but the wait is obnoxious. It doesn’t matter if I order on the app or in the drive thru— I’m always asked to park up front to wait for my food. Idk if they’re trying to skew their ticket times, but it’s incredibly monotonous and inconvenient.

I had food delivered to my home. I had ordered a cheese quesadilla with beans, nacho cheese, and chipotle ranch. It was at the bottom of the bag, flattened by other items I ordered. At first, I couldn’t tell if that was the bottom of the bag or the quesadilla. The quesadilla was flattened and it did not have the beans inside of it. I don’t like that happening in the bag, other than that the food was good.
Messed up a bowl but fixed it very fast! All of the employees are very nice

Good service I went at night since I was craving some Taco Bell and I went true the drive-through and there was a lot of costumers is almost as if we called each other before coming ? but even though the stuff was pretty busy they were nice and friendly I had to wait a long time for my food as I was behind in line but the manager was really nice and definitely Hans on deck she was helping her employees walking all over the place taking food to the costumers’s cars and above all I saw that she treated nice her employees even through the pressure of all the costumers orders even though the stress she was nice and friendly and that’s some thing you just don’t see much nowadays so thank you also yes my food was really good ??
Just received FOUR ICE COLD TACOS ...they were not wrapped.....when I open the bag the tacos were laying on the paper and all the contents were gone.. I HAVE TO ASK DID YOU SCRAPE THEM OFF THE FLOOR??? They're in the trash now won't be returning to this location... Wouldn't recommend...

More employees are needed, those who are there are not enough. They are very slow, you have to wait a long time for them to take your order. They should have more consideration for the people who come to their establishment. It takes too long waiting for orders. My God!
