I waited a very long time just to place my order. Due to kiosks and online orders being the norm nowadays, the employees get very disgruntled if they have to actually come to the counter and place an order for a cash-paying customer.

There are two Taco Bell locations in Hazleton—one by the mall and one in West Hazleton. I can confidently say that the West Hazleton location is the best. The food is always fresh, especially the Chalupas, which I order often and they never disappoint. The staff inside are friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent service. Five stars from me!

The staffer really kind to let me come in to do a Google review. I'd interesting chat with I think was the manager who was checking out my car and stuff and the Jesus stuff on it.
Staff were very kind.
Overall a great experience very quick easy out.
