The person who handed me my food was kind of rude they didn’t say a word to me I greeted them I said thank you and have a nice night and the person still never spoke a word also my bacon double stack didn’t have any bacon

It baffles me that that the service of this place is absolutely atrocious me and my mother went in the drive thru ordered three biggie bags and the lady stuffed three orders in two small bags while I was digging in I realized we were missing two sides we had went back to the drive thru and said what we were missing they had told us to pull the the front and asked us for our bags back while I was eating the nuggets because she so called put them in the bags for one I think that’s very unsanitary and unprofessional we got the bags back and she gave us the two sides we were missing and she took the fries I had in the bag she asked for ,we didn’t even want to go back because it was just embarrassing there is no reason to lie for food and we work hard to purchase what we like.

Went into Wendy's to procure one of their super delicious Taco Salads to take home.
Parking: Unfortunately this parking lot is somewhat difficult to maneuver in and have to always be on alert for vehicles turning into lot from Rt. 93.
Normally love Wendy's at this location. However tonight was missing a whole meal off my order. Food was more or less thrown at me at drive thru. If I eat here ever again, will not be doing drive thru. Service was horrible!

Several things, the biggie bag, you still advertise the bacon stack but it's 7.00 not six as advertised . How about putting the bacon on the sandwich??? 2 times in a 2 week period you fell short.
I called in about it.
Today a #7 and is nothing like advertised plus it totally sucked, sloppy, wet and way short of the advertised ingredients.
The lettuce has brown on it. No pickles. No onion. Nothing at all like what you show people in your advertising. Thumbs down to Wendy, Dave would be ashamed!

My husband and I went to Wendy's in Hazelton on Rt 93 about 2 weeks ago. While waiting to order an argument breaks out between two coworkers. They start screaming and cursing at each other and could care less that customer's are standing there. Meanwhile the "Manager" is right there while this whole unprofessional display is going on. Instead of her dismissing both the guy and the girl (the girl was the one who started yelling and cursing at the guy first for throwing a spoon in the sink.) The Manager dismissed just the guy. They both were carrying on for about a 1/2 hour to 45 mins, just ridiculous. Will never go back there.
