Great place to go for wing night on Wednesdays and smash burgers all week long. I have food allergies and they are very accommodating for changes and it's always nice to go out and see the staff.

I tried calling to place a pickup order for an hour last night (7/31), even messaged the restaurant as you all came highly recommended. Couldn’t get an answer, ever. Really sad bc we were looking forward to ordering to have our call completely ignored to place a pickup order. No one ever answered the phone and I verified the number on every website.

I ordered a French onion soup and a turkey club and fries. The waitress brings out a corn chowder. The club sandwich had ham on it instead of just turkey, the bacon looked like it was on the flat top for 30 seconds a side and the bread was barely toasted. The fries were not even like warm but cold.

Very clean. Had a couple flies that were pretty persistent but not because it was a dirty establishment. Food was good, especially the clam chowder and my husband liked the bun for his burger. He also claimed it was one of the best smash burgers he's ever had (not salty). Now for service. Definitely could use a refresher course, YOUR TIPS REFLECT ON YOU. There was a lack of friendliness, no smile, no greeting, no hospitality. There was only 2 other tables occupied and service was still extremely slow. Never asked how the meal was and had to seek out attention for refills, box, and check. Appetizer came out with meal.. The place definitely has potential to be great, but the girls definitely need to work out the kinks.

Mmmmm pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans. The best. Very delicious.
Have no plans to return in the future. Used to come to mitchells once/ sometimes twice a week. Few months ago we see a new server.. half our food delivered to our table, waited 20 min til the other server noticed something was wrong and brought our other 3 plates to us. We are understanding so okay take a break. Fast forward to last week, another new server. Foods good, service decent. Time to pay and our card gets confused with another tables, again not a huge deal til the woman serving can't figure out how to issue a refund, and no one else in the place did either. She looked for the owner and was very apologetic but at this point we are over the issues. If your just looking for a drink then great but don't come here expecting great service what so ever.

I must say, this is a hidden gem of a restaurant. I just discovered it recently and can't wait to go back! Everything was beyond delicious! My husband loved everything as well(he is NOT a picky eater, I am). The prices were definitely reasonable as well.

Waitress was very dismissive, me and my family were only serviced if we asked to be. Owner/cook when asked about the food did not care that his food was not as advertised in the menu even though the table spent well over $200 on food and drinks. All in all I will never go back, I would rather it be the greasy train car(with food you could eat) it once was than a restaurant that couldn't care less about it's food or customers.

This place was recommended to me because they have good steaks. I'm so glad I stopped in. Too many places overcook or undercook and this was perfect. The wings are decent too. I got my food in a timely manner, and the bartender is super cool. It seems like it's in the middle of nowhere, it but it is definitely worth checking out.
