Stopped in for a quick drink & bite, so not much I can really say, took us an hour to get drinks. Had dinner reservations, so we had to gulp down our alcohol then leave. Patio seating was nice, but I hated the sketchy alleyway parking.
Been a fan of insurrection brews for a long time. Cool little spot right on the main drag. Though I didn't get our servers name, was extremely pleasant and accommodating. (just beware the police parking spots out front)
Incredible food and beers. Wings are amazing. Staff and ownership are wonderful.
Support your local brewer and get down to Insurrection Brewing in Heidelberg - right next to the police station ?. It's not a particularly large venue, nor a warm and cozy place, but they're definitely churning out some decent brews here. The barrel aged stout and west coast IPA were really very good. They've got a 3.91 (of 5) average rating on Untappd, and that's pretty good ?
We were in from out of town and tried this place on a whim. The dusted ghost pepper and buffalo wings were absolutely amazing! The beer is great too! The perfect ending to a short trip out of town!

Visited this brewery today. Loved the atmosphere and the beer. We ordered food and I had the vegan eggplant sandwich and my brother had the tofu sandwich. Both were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. I appreciated the vegan options on the menu. I will definitely be back. Service was exceptional. Kyle was very helpful when I had questions about the beer
Friendly people, including the patrons. Everyone is happy having a good time. Good beers. Looks like a locals spot.
Paradigm Shift lager was very good.The fish tacos were excellent.
This is the best craft beer in Pittsburgh. I've tried so many. The bespoke ale should receive national attention.
Pretty ok brewery. Drink here if you are one and done - next door to the Heidleberg Police Department.
