Buyer beware - you may not get what you order! Earlier this month I placed an order for cookies for my daughter’s birthday party. She wanted a cookie tower instead of a cake. When we arrived to pick up our order the store was dark and locked. I placed the order only six days earlier, the website confirmed they should have been opened, I made numerous calls to their number with no answer. At this point, I am also in a panic because I now have an upset kid and numerous other things to do before a house of girls arrive, oh and nothing to make a wish on.
I turned to Facebook to Message them, asking for a phone call to find out what happened. The response I got “I apologize for any inconvenience. Our store is closed and will open tomorrow. “ This continued for a few exchanges including a note that they were updating the website and that may be what caused the problem…. Still not sure how that impacts not knowing your store will be closed or closing when you have orders with no regard to your customers.
Aside from my extreme disappointment for my daughter, I also never received a phone call, all communication was via Messenger, not sure how this business will last with such poor customer service.

Nice, comfortable shop with a warm atmosphere. Very clean, Very friendly staff. Good coffee, good matcha. Honey croissant are amazing. Their baked good in general are all winners. Lotta TLC goes into this place.

I stopped in to try the new bakery in town. Wow! What a fantastic addition to our town. They offer croissants, cookies, cakes and coffee. The staff was kind, patient and explained the different flavors of croissants they had to offer. They had a plain, hazelnut, honey, almond and matcha ( pictured below) The most beautiful and phenomenal croissant I have ever had. Light, buttery, flaky and sweet. The inside just as beautiful as the outside Nothing like store bought. You can tell this was made with sprinkles of love. Thank you for the blissful bite and I look forward to my next!!

I was excited to try this place out as I think the hellertown area needs some cafe options but I was slightly disappointed.
The cafe is cute but felt very sterile and not welcoming. The staff were very friendly - just my feeling on the atmosphere!
I didn’t see prices anywhere. I ordered a plain croissant and it was over $7, nearly $8!! I have never paid that much for a croissant, even in the city. I was pretty shocked.
The croissant itself was only OK. The first few bites were cold and stale, but the middle was fluffier. I would probably not recommend spending so much on only a half decent crossaint.

Not sure where these awesome reviews are coming from but the hellertown location is a bomb. 2 croissants, 3 cookies and I believe one muffin top to pick from. I've Definitely had better croissants and cheaper. Can't rate this very good.

Had my first cookie from Allie's Specialties today. I picked up a banana chocolate chip at Blocker's coffee. All I can say is pure perfection. I am impressed with the quality of the cookie and will no doubt be a returning customer. I'd say just about the closest thing I've had to cookie perfection!!
