My favorite is the Pistachio & Almond Croissants 🥐🥐. The double choc croissants not so much. The Flan was okay it was firm for my liking. I like my Flan soft. I order ahead and schedule a pick since I’m from Easton.
Hidden Gem in Hellertown! Hands down my favorite bakery in the Lehigh valley. Bakery items are always fresh, soft but flaky. Decadently sweet and flavorful. The Pistachio croissant is heaven. The cookies are to die for. Perfect portion to share, or treat yourself. Place is always clean and the staff is friendly. I was highly impressed by Jimmy remembering my order from months ago!! Will definitely be back whenever I’m in town.
