This place is amazing! Jay and Mama Jean are the best hosts! So fresh and delicious and so fun! Love this place, will definitely be back! If you’ve never been here, just come!
My daughter had the mini Malasadas with cinnamon and sugar. She loved them. My husband and I had a couple filled Malasadas. We loved them. I can’t wait to try the burgers. They look so good.
I've never had a malasada before today. This was heaven!! The strawberry cheesecake one is AMAZING!!! I will definitely be visiting again when we're in the area!
I lived in Hawaii for 10 years and would always get Leonard's Malasadas especially when my wife was pregnant with our first daughter. We drove down from Jefferson Township(near Scranton) and it was.worth the drive . Customer service was top notch and the Malasadas were incredible!!! They were as good as anywhere in Hawaii!! Thank you for fixing my craving!! Mahalo and Aloha!!!
I have been searching for a place that sells malasadas on the mainland ever since living in Hawaii for a season and then craving them so badly after I moved away! These are the real deal and there are so many fun flavors. The breakfast sandwich they make too is hands down my favorite! We got the strawberry crème, the snow cap crème, the pumpkin cheesecake, and the flutternutter. Also can’t skip out on the 100% Kona coffee. I messaged on the app that I was planning to come visit the next day on my birthday and was going to drive an hour out to try it! Jay came from working in the kitchen to greet me and my husband and shared the story behind how Aloha Jay’s came to be, which is beautiful to hear and see him sharing the amazing Hawaiian malasadas and making it available to everyone. Such a dear time meeting Jay, getting to try all the amazing food. Brings me back to Hawaii again and this time I got to share it with my husband. Aloha to Jay and I hope everyone continues to support this wonderful place! Mahalo!
Parking: There is parking available which made it so convenient! Especially after driving an hour to get here, well worth it.

Definitely not your traditional donuts. Donuts are good, but a bit doughy.

Best breakfast sandwich ever. Savory with a subtle sweetness. Such a refreshingly friendly atmosphere too. We're lucky to have a place like this so close to South Bethlehem. We'll be regularly pretending we're in Hawaii by frequenting this amazing restaurant. Thanks for a fun and delicious Sunday morning! ??

The donuts were excellent—fresh, flavorful, with light and fluffy dough. The filling was perfectly balanced, not overly sweet.

I absolutely love this place and come here almost every Sunday.
However they need to do something about front end help. To many people in the back and not enough in the front to move along customers. Everything just sits there and gets cold. It's very frustrating

The malasada, a small, deep fried dough confection, has become integrated into the broad spectrum of “local food.” The Portuguese sweet treat was first brought to Hawaii by Portuguese laborers from the Azores and Madeira Islands who came to work in the sugar plantations. Aloha Jay’s opened in Hellertown this year and today was my first visit. It was worth the 20 minute drive. I ordered the Holoholona (Egg & Cheese) on a plain malasada. It was quite filling and a bit messy as the sauce tends to leak out. It tasted delicious. Next were the Malasadas. I picked out the glazed, the pumpkin spice coated, the snow, cap cream, and the filled mango all with sugar coating. The texture is a bit tougher than a doughnut, but in my opinion, every bite was worth the calories. The atmosphere is wonderful however it would be nice to have some seating inside. I suggest you give Aloha Jay’s a try. You won’t be sorry ??

The service was great, place was super cute but the donuts were not as good as I hoped. I was so disappointed.

The malasadas are amazing, but the Holoholona??? TO DIE FOR ??? I drove to Aloha Jay’s from West Chester University because my mom really wanted to go, well worth the drive ? mama Jean was worth the drive alone, she’s so hilarious. We will definitely be back!
