Disgusting inside. Workers don’t really know how to do anything. Gave me a bagel with no cream cheese ? after I asked for one with cream cheese, and gave me the wrong bagel bites. Burnt my sourdough bread and also gave attitude when I came to pick up my food through the building instead of through the drive thru, even though I changed the pick up option online. Do not go here, it is a very unpleasant experience.

Ordered coffee. Charged me $8.03 for 2 small pumpkin coffees.( Elsewhere, I paid $7.49 for 2 medium pumpkin coffees.) Expensive but very good. That aside. Noticed not clean inside. In addition, the ongoing deterioration on the outside of building over the last 2 years, I believe, is a growing eyesore in this beautiful neighborhood. Stucco columns deteriorating and drop ceiling at drive thru missing. See photos.Overall look is poor. TLC required.Good Luck

There were no fewer than 50 flies in this Dunkin with the donuts sitting out in the open air. I hope my kids don't get sick as we went through the drive-thru and then they asked to use the restroom so we went in. The bathrooms were also filthy.
Extremely slow service. 6 people behind the counter. Everyone was just standing around. Do not go here unless you have 20 minutes to wait for a sandwich when they are not even busy.
