Ordered a sandwich for delivery and it was hours late. Called Jersey mikes and the girl was very rude on the phone and just blew me off and blamed it on grub hub. I get that it’s the drivers fault but she was very rude and not helpful at all. I’ll be going somewhere else from now on. News flash rich kid, you’re in customer service. Be nicer

I stopped by Jersey Mike’s today around 3 PM and had an awesome experience. The food was, as always, fresh and delicious, exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a great sub. But what really stood out was the staff.
Everyone behind the counter was incredibly friendly and genuinely personable. They greeted customers with real enthusiasm, made great conversation while preparing the sandwiches, and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to find a team that not only does their job well but also makes you feel like a valued guest.
Highly recommend this location, great food and an even better crew!

I seen the good reviews so I went and I could not believe it a half hoagie was over $10 a full was over $17 and the bread didn’t seem very fresh and was very flat and inconsistent and they forgot to put the mayo on it witch I asked for very disappointed I will neaver go there again and will not recommend.
I just went back there a couple months later and my significant other got lettuce on her sub and it was so nasty and wilted. I told her to replace it, but she didn’t wanna put up a big fuss while we were there. They had a full bin full of wilted lettuce. It was so bad looking. I feel bad for the rest of the people cause I will probably use that lettuce all night.

Once again, they are unable to correctly complete a multiple sandwich online order. Since this store opened, we've ordered online 5 times and not once have we received what we ordered. It's all about profit and not about customer service. They certainly know that once you arrive to pickup an order, you're not going to unwrap 4 or 5 sandwiches for accuracy. I'm done with this business. Support locally owned business, not corporate franchises.

As long as you order online, every thing is great. I do love the subs. But if you actually walk in and talk to a server, it's like pulling teeth to get anything other than Mike's Way. And they have the music too loud for the employees to actually hear you. No cheese? No oil? Light mayo? Apparently all too difficult.

oh man where do I start the walk up from the outside in a normal sandwich joint inside a paradise with the best sandwich maker from the west to the east Sean Fitzpatrick a true gentleman and Craftsman with the buns elegantly put my sandwich together and stole my heart with such a warm smile
