I pre ordered but had cash and it took FOREVER to get someone at the register so I could pay. I ordered a Large sugar free iced coffee and was given a medium, I left without saying anything because the wait took forever as it was and I was traveling. I got in my car and my nuggets and small fry were so dry, cold and old it was disgusting, I couldn't even eat them. And they forgot my bbq sauce. HORRIBLE AT THIS LOCATION!! Never again.

Good food but they put lettuce and pickles on my big Mac when I asked for no lettuce and pickles but there is usually no mistakes like that whenever we get the hellertown mcdonalds and it still tasted good so they just need to remember some small details.
