Ordered online food was ready a couple of minutes after I arrived. The portion size was good but the temperature of the food was the problem I picked it up went back to the hotel 1/4 a mile away and it was cold barely warm the burger and the Mac and cheese very disappointed

This establishment highlights Vegan and Gluten free options as a benefit to their service.My child has a Dairy and Egg allergy. We notated this on a separate order sheet clearly as this is the most important detail to us any time we dine out.It appears there were 2 employees at this restaurant. One in the backend (kitchen) and one on the front end (service). A clearly notated food allergy was not taken seriously and we left here with an allergic reaction due to complete neglect. The service and attention to detail at this food service location is questionable at best.Regardless of negligence for food allergies, I would not recommend as overall quality and care here is sub par. Atmosphere is nice.Dietary restrictions: The first food service location I’ve ever experienced that shows complete negligence with food allergies.

We went to Drip for dinner after spending the afternoon at the nearby Crayola Experience and it was the perfect end to a fun-filled family day! Our son has celiac, and Drip has tons of gluten free options (including a GF Oreo milkshake!), and knowledgeable staff who took care to prevent cross contamination. The burgers, grilled chicken sandwich, and fries were all amazing. We just wish that Drip wasn't so far from our house... but we'd honestly consider driving the hour + back for the delicious food and experience. We are so thankful for restaurants like this that allow our son to eat worry-free...and we are happy to support them...thank you, Drip!!!

I forget how I came to find out about this place, but everything looked so good that I've always wanted to try it. Well, I never get over that way so I finally ordered delivery last week, which I guess was a mistake itself since it's not real close to me, which is not their fault. I ordered a herbivore patty on a brioche bun with just lettuce, onion, and tomato, and a small salad. While it wasn't horrible, it certainly wasn't worth the $40 I spent. Could have had an impossible burger from Burger King for $8 and they're actually not too bad. What really irritated me was the email I received asking how it was so I gave a thumbs down. It asked if they could contact me, which they never did, which tells me 1) they don't care, and 2) they obviously have the attitude "how could anyone rate us less than a 5?!" LOL! Maybe it's just me....but I was definitely not impressed.

My wife and I stopped to check this place out with our 2 daughters. We were about the only ones there at the time and it took about 30-45 minutes to get our food which was sub-par. My wife took my daughter to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. I can't believe that this establishment hasn't been shutdown by now. I don't drink but you would have to be drunk to want to eat here again!

Great burgers and shakes. They have a gluten free menu with options like fried chicken, onion rings, and great buns. They have homemade sweet pickles for the burgers that are really goodVegetarian options: Impossible burger option for sandwiches. So glad we checked this place out. The place had a laid back vibe, great music at the perfect volume(didn't struggle to hear it, or struggle to have a conversation) I got the bacon cheesebuger with bbq and jalapeños and the crack fries both were AMAZING. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. Just happened to be in the area but will DEFINITELY make the 45 minute drive to come back to this place. WELL DONE FOLKS!

This place has amazing options for gluten free and dairy free. I have to be both due to severe food allergies and after eating here, no adverse affects happened. The food tastes amazing as well! My gluten eating husband tried my food and he was really surprised at how good it was. We got the GF fried pickles and the GF chicken bites. SO GOOD!

My visit was from July 2019 before the name change to Drip when it was "Mystical Treatsss Cafe." Same owners just rebranded with a much better burger and all ages concept than the previous fantasy ice cream, coffee shop, gift shop, decorated with unicorns, gnomes, fairies and mushrooms, but also brewed their own beer. The atmosphere felt very disjointed, it had no focus or identity of what it was.
