Use to be good, food inconsistent, everything is too spicy. Do not order over the phone, they not understand English well. When you call they tell you 45 minutes, they gave me the total I looked at the order on line and it was incorrect. I called right back and they said order was on the way . 1 hour still waiting. maybe business is not good but nickel and dinning good customer not recommended.
Omg the food is so amazing, best Chinese food I’ve ever had in my whole life. Owners are great and amazing food. I would 10/10 recommend eating here.

No greeting or anything arriving and leaving woman just gives zombie stares
Asian food, prob. Best in Hellertown.
Sesame chicken did not taste like chicken and egg roll tasted a few weeks old. Pork fried rice was decent
Local. I will get Chinese food from other places, but I don’t like it.
New Star is my favorite place by far. Their food is just better. I can’t even really tell you why.

Disappointing food.
We always try new Chinese restaurants with the hope of finding good, consistent cuisine. While the food appeared to be made well, the taste was just “not there“.
We ordered Chow fun, the broad rice noodles. It had a cinnamony taste and I suspect they used a lot of five spice powder. The noodles were cooked well, but the aftertaste killed it.
I ordered MaPo tofu , which is a good test of a Chinese restaurant. Everybody makes theirs differently, but despite the variations, it is often flavored well. This one had that same cinnamon taste that the chow funsuffered from. Tofu was used, as opposed to soft tofu in most restaurants, but I actually preferred it. But again, the flavor was not good.
We ordered boneless spareribs. They are usually a good appetizer. These were tough and overcooked. Again, it tasted similar to the other food.
If you enjoy the taste of the food, you will be blessed with consistency. You may have to drive a bit farther, but I believe there are better options within a reasonable radius.
Sweet and quick service! Pork fried rice is bomb and they put extra pork ❤️. Love the general Tso and pork steamed dumplings! Best Chinese food in the valley! I’ve moved and you don’t know how good you have it until you lose it 🥺 They always fill to the rim, and everyone there is so kind!
Best Chinese food in the Lehigh Valley I assure you!!! The food is consistent, always delicious and always steaming hot when we come to pick it up. Can’t recommend this enough. Truly a hidden gem.
