Where to begin. On Sunday 6/3 @1245 after trying to call this restaurant for 45 mins ( they opened at 12) I continued to get a busy signal so decided to go in person with my mother in law to place a take out meal for my husband and i’s gender reveal as we found it easier then coming to a restaurant with SEVEN children knowing how that could be overwhelming for all. We were going to be ordering 6-7 PERSONAL PIZZAS , the girl at the hostess stand didn’t seem to want to be accommodating and replied “ yeah we keep our phones shut off bc we’re too busy to deal with this on Sundays” I didn’t even have the words and kind of questioned it. At that point the manager overheard and asked what he could help with. I stated we wanted to make a take out order for 6-7 people and his INSTANT reply was “ I cannot accommodate this order as I save my pizza dough for in house customers first. “ Me being confused as business is a business ( you would think ) so I said “ So if I was to bring my family in would you be able to accommodate ?” He stated yes instantly. I then a little angry said this didn’t make sense as a place MAINLY offering pizza on their menu should be able to accommodate this order - this was not some huge catering order or even a more then 7 person order. He even made a comment stating “ our 8 o clock rush would need that dough” as a customer I was absolutely taken back by the managers poor people skills and ability to handle a customer issue. Unprofessional, did not care to even offer ANY assistance and has lost business from my husband and I , as well as the rest of our family indefinitely as I couldn’t believe this establishment acted with such tacky demeanor to a paying customer choosing them for such a special day in our lives. If you want to be talked to without respect - enjoy. I’ll be staying clear.

It's a nice place , staff was prompt plentiful and professional.
Menu is , I don't want to use the term 'sparce' , but the selection of items was lean , they only offer one steak and it's $38 for a flat iron , but they have a slew of salads available.
I tried the pizza , asking for well done was futile and the sausage was ground so fine it was undefinable as a meat.
I'll try a burger next time and hopefully on a day when they have those big garage doors open .
Oh , and they have soft serve ice cream available also at a window from the outside , I thought that was cool.

This restaurant was recommend by the manager of our favorite restaurant. Parking lot is small but there is street parking. Cocktails were amazing-I had the pear-fect spritz and husband got the black Manhattan. Emma C was our server and she was super welcoming and attentive. They do not have a kids menu. We got the whipped ricotta appetizer which was toasted/charred bread with a nice fluffy ricotta and olive oil drizzle. Super tasty and light. My youngest got a plain cheeseburger which he enjoyed. Husband tasted and said it was pretty flavorful. I got the bibb lettuce Cesar salad with tuna. It had a delicious parmesan dressing and the tomatoes and onions complimented the salad well. It is not a traditional Cesar salad. Husband got the prosciutto and arugula pizza. The crust was nice and fluffy and nicely charred. Downside to this pizza was they used too much balsamic vinegar and it made the pizza soggy. It would have been 100 times better if a balsamic glaze was used instead. We got zeppolis (fried dough) with a chocolate sauce for dessert. This was icing on the cake. Prices were nice. Menu is limited so make sure your group will eat things on the menu before going. Definitely make reservations as this place is small. Ambiance and decor were modern and chic. They also have a window for soft serve ice cream which was busy on a hot today like today. Would come again

In the many times I make the mistake to return here, I continually get a soggy pizza that reminds me why I should not return. I never learn. And when I mean soggy, most of the pizza is like soup. Sigh. I want this to be a great place but it doesn’t know pizza.

Not a great experience the food was subpar I had asked for no tomatoes and the dish came loaded with them, there’s also not many menu options which wouldn’t normally be a bad thing but they just aren’t super appealing. The service was also not so decent as they just kinda threw plates onto our party of 6s table when the area is open enough for them to be able to actually hand them to everyone. The price is way to high for the sandwich I got 16 for a chicken sandwich with some weird sauce I asked not to have and like half a slice of chicken: overall I would not recommend it the music is also so loud it’s hard to have a conversation and gave me a headache after a while.

My husband and I had reservations for Valentine’s Day at PA House. We live in Bethlehem and have driven past the building but never had the opportunity to stop in.. and I’m so glad we did!!! We started with the whipped truffle ricotta which was SO GOOD. For our entrees my husband had the Bee Sting and I had the Bibb Caesar with tuna. Everything was so good and so fresh..we then had the 5 layer chocolate cake which was recommended by our server! Overall we had a great experience and are already talking about coming back and bringing friends!!
