My husband and I had reservations for Valentine’s Day at PA House. We live in Bethlehem and have driven past the building but never had the opportunity to stop in.. and I’m so glad we did!!! We started with the whipped truffle ricotta which was SO GOOD. For our entrees my husband had the Bee Sting and I had the Bibb Caesar with tuna. Everything was so good and so fresh..we then had the 5 layer chocolate cake which was recommended by our server! Overall we had a great experience and are already talking about coming back and bringing friends!!

Walked in without a reservation on a busy Friday night. Greeted with a warm welcome and was lucky enough to sit next to the chef station. My daughter and I had a wonderful date. Super friendly team, attentive and also excellent music. Bravo to this team for making daughter date night a success! Thank you so much Adalie for the excellent service!
Kid-friendliness: Made my daughter feel like a princess! Thank you to the whole team!

The only reason I am giving 1 star is the experience I had after leaving the restaurant. On 1/23, we had a nice dinner for 4 people with drinks etc and I had a full box of pizza that I accidentally left on our table and realized within 15 minutes and called the restaurant to let them know I was coming back only to be told it was thrown out.
It didn’t sit well with me so I called back the next day to speak to a manager and was told there was none on duty. I explained the situation and asked to be called back by a manager but the person who answered gave me a 15 minute speech about how every restaurant in the US throws any take out that’s on the table no exceptions! Well, we all know that’s not the case but there was no attempt to offer a discount, anything to appease an unhappy customer other than a speech that resembled a scolding. No matter how good the food or ambiance might be it will always be the customer service that makes or breaks a business.

Fancy place with fancy pricey food. Ordered the Fun Guy pizza for $16, it was small and did NOT have any truffle oil or seasoning on it, just lots of arugula. The crust was good. Beers are pricey, Yuengling is $6 for a 12oz bottle. The tap beers are $9-14 each. I like the atmosphere, layout and service, just too pricey for my liking.

Just to be upfront, the menu is small and they serve high-end pizza. But this place is far from a "pizza joint"! I had the Argentinian Shrimp app and it was fabulous 👌
I also had the Lobster 🦞 Risotto and it was very good, but lacking large chunks of Lobster. Save room for the cheesecake 😋 not to be missed!
Vegetarian options: Lots of options!

The decor at this restaurant is absolutely breathtaking, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere that’s perfect for any special occasion, whether it’s a romantic date night, a celebration with friends, or just an evening when you want to treat yourself to something extraordinary. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with a charming blend of elegance and comfort that sets the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. The menu is just as impressive as the ambiance. The PA fries are a true classic—crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. They’re the kind of dish that everyone at the table will love and can’t stop eating. Then there’s the pistachio pizza, which is truly a culinary masterpiece. The unique combination of flavors and textures is simply unbeatable—it’s rich, nutty, and utterly satisfying. Every bite feels like a gourmet adventure! This restaurant doesn’t just serve food; it offers an experience that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy top-tier dining in a beautiful setting.

The manager was so kind that he offered me a slice of pizza off his very own plate while he was on break!
Not only is the staff outstanding, the food is artfully curated and pairs excellently with the many hand-crafted cocktails.

We've driven past the PA House numerous times to get on 78 without knowing it was there; it's right off the main road through Hellertown. Through a recommendation, we stopped in for dinner. First, what a great-looking restaurant! It was converted from a garage. It's unlike others in the area.
We all got pizzas which were really good! The staff were great, very attentive but not overbearing- not the easiest thing to pull off. We'll be going back to try some of their other dishes. I would recommend you do the same if you're in the area. They have an outdoor area that is probably nice to enjoy when the weather cooperates.

Best meal I have ever had. The whipped truffle ricotta appetizer was delicious, flavorful and melted in my mouth. We got a featured pizza diavola and it was the perfect amount of spice and flavor. Espresso martini was wonderful! I live far but will have to come back soon! Thank you 🫶🏻

PA House is a wood fired kitchen & craft cocktail bar located on Front St. in Hellertown. They are open Wed - Thu 12 - 9PM, Fri - Sat 12 - 11PM, and Sun 12 - 9PM.
The menu consists of small plates, salads, sandwiches, and pizza.
I started with the PA House fries and roasted cauliflower. The fries were cooked perfectly and served with three delicious dipping sauces. The cauliflower was wood-fired and accompanied with romesco sauce.
The appetizers were both satisfying, but the pizza was highly disappointing. I enjoy a light, airy crust, but this one was bland, had no crisp, and couldn't hold up any toppings. After sitting just a few minutes my pizza was a soggy, sloppy mess. If you're going to charge $19 for a personal pizza it better be amazing. This was far from amazing.
Service was good and the restaurant is beautiful, but the food, more specifically the pizza, did not measure up.
PA House has indoor and outdoor seating. Reservations recommended.

We walked in around 4 ish, we were greeted with, "Do you have reservations?" The place was empty! The hostess looked around and paid, "Let me see where I can put you." Our server was very nice and greeted us with a smile. I ordered scallops, which were very good. However, you only get 5 for $22 and toasted bread.
