Small restaurant but the food is delicious if you like Hungarian food
Great food! Arthur, the owner, is a nice guy and runs a solid operation.
Love the Beef Paprikas, husbands enjoys the Gypsy Pork - it's loaded with garlic- and their homemade soups are always delicious. Big portions, so I never have room for dessert crepes.
It's BYOB - and budget friendly
I really like this place.Relaxing atmosphere, cheerful owner full of positive energy and good food make this Hungarian restaurant worth a visit.
Our first time there. We were nervous because there were not a lot of customers inside when we went, but all of us loved our food!! We will go back!! All of our meals were very tasty!!! They have a parking lot out back.
The place is authentic cultural cuisine. We were extremely pleased! Worth every penny! Thank you so much for the lovely experience. We’ll be back!

I ordered chicken paprikash and cottage cheese + breaded pork chops. The pork chops were delicious (and why I'm rating this a 2/5 instead of a 1/5) but the paprikash was very underwhelming, it was a little cold, and I probably shouldn't have ate it, since I vomited when I got home. I'm a novice cook and I've made paprikash following a recipe a few times, and I really enjoyed it, so I figured why not? But it was really underwhelming, I do hate to leave bad reviews, and hey, maybe it was because I came in late at night (like 6:20pm) so maybe they were just tired towards the end of the shift, who knows, but I found it very underwhelming. I believe a bit of heavy cream would pair well with the paprikash to bring out the flavor more, personally.
Service and atmosphere was on point, I rated both of those a 5/5. But people come to restaurants for food, and for $48 for 2 people, you want it to be money well spent. I can't say I spent my money well here, I think this region of PA has been very disappointing for restaurants, the only restaurant in this area that I'd go back to after trying like 20+ is Thai Kitchen. Not an ad, but I was thinking in my head "damn, I could've paid 50% less, and have much better food!"
Anyways, if you do go here, I would recommend doing it earlier in the day.

Absolutely amazing food and people. They make you feel at home.
Cute little place. Food was great and affordable. Server (might have been an owner) was funny and made me laugh. Will definitely be back. Oh, and try the cucumber salad, it's amazing however I do feel the portion should be bigger. But seriously everything was really good.
