This used to be our favorite place to go, but so much has changed in the last few years. Most of the food is still decent, but the fries used to be AMAZING, and now they just taste like everyone else's, and onion rings are no longer on the menu because they "don't keep well" apparently. Definitely used to have more of a friendly vibe, but the service was still pretty good. Not a bad spot, but it has definitely lost some of it's charm.
Really impressed by them we have been wanting to try them for years. So glad that we did, we enjoyed the fresh ingredients, the diner feel and music to go with it. Definitely gonna be one of our new go two spots can’t wait to go back!!! ? ? can’t forget about the excellent service ?
I decided to order pickup for a Lenten dinner and it was amazing! We had the firecracker shrimp, the fish plank (with haluski and mac and cheese!) as well as The Pittsburgh Fish sandwich. Even though I live about 20 minutes away, everything was still crispy and delicious. When I got it home! It was packaged very well and they had a well-oiled machine packing to go orders. I definitely will come again!
