Was supposed to open at noon, did not open until 12:45, waited about another hour for the food to be ready. Employees did not seem to know the menu or what they were supposed to be doing. I don’t even think they worked there, one was wearing a Moe’s T shirt

This restaurant is inside Hersheypark. The line gets crazy long so be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour on an average park day. This branch offers a very limited menu with no salads. Today was the first time I tried the Chick-fil-A sauce and I recommend it! It goes well with the chicken. It’s similar to honey mustard but even better! I paid 7.99 for a milkshake they forgot about and we had to wait even longer to get that. Otherwise the food was on par with other Chick-fil-As

So I thought that Chick-Fil-a had a standard for happy and courteous employees. Literally every one I've been to, I've always been impressed... Until I visited this one. Employees helping customers talked very low and annoyed. No smiles, no energy. And I realized it was every single one of them. No "thank you" "it was a pleasure" "have a great day" or even a simple "hello" greeting. Just "next. What's the name?"

Normally I try not to leave reviews on fast food restaurants, I understand how difficult it can be to serve people. But the service I received as an individual who works at chick fil a was awful. Firstly, when I had entered the restaurant I had attempted ordering a deluxe meal which was out at the moment so I had requested the basic CFA sandwich meal with a large lemonade. When my drink was made for me there was lemonade all over the cup itself which got all over me and my food had all been stuffed in a bag, clumped together, and even made incorrectly. I’m very disappointed. Thank you.
We are season pass holders and eat her quite a bit. Thankfully we receive a discount as a sandwich meal is $17??? This past week when were in, I waited, the person waved me over to take my order and a woman said" he'll help you over there, I'm training". Not a great attitude and the woman you were training waved me over. So speak to her! Also, the guy taking my order must have been new because I had to correct him three times when he repeated my order back to me.
