If you want to pay double for chicfila while having flies fly up your nose and in your eyes and food this is your place. Couldn’t believe it was $20 for a nugget meal. Chicken was cheery. It was hot as ever inside and dirty. Didn’t get sauces or ice with drinks Couldn’t wait to leave

Terrible menu. They need to be able to accommodate for the allergies. The grilled nuggets and salads which are on the menu at other chick fil a need to also be on this one. This isn’t fair for your allergies of many people.

Not too much to say, but it's a Chick-fil-A in an amusement park. Limited menu, expensive prices, but the quality of the food and the service are top notch, exactly what you expect from a Chick-fil-A! Entrees are limited to classic sandwich, spicy sandwich, and friend nuggets (8 or 12). See pictures of menu for details and prices as of 6/16/25.

This location does not take mobile order. The cashiers are extremely slow, making what would be a 15 minute wait to order be least 1 hr wait. The tables were not wiped down. I would not go back.

$10 for just the sandwich, and you can't even see the menu until you've waited 20 minutes in line

Was supposed to open at noon, did not open until 12:45, waited about another hour for the food to be ready. Employees did not seem to know the menu or what they were supposed to be doing. I don’t even think they worked there, one was wearing a Moe’s T shirt

This restaurant is inside Hersheypark. The line gets crazy long so be prepared to wait in line for at least an hour on an average park day. This branch offers a very limited menu with no salads. Today was the first time I tried the Chick-fil-A sauce and I recommend it! It goes well with the chicken. It’s similar to honey mustard but even better! I paid 7.99 for a milkshake they forgot about and we had to wait even longer to get that. Otherwise the food was on par with other Chick-fil-As

So I thought that Chick-Fil-a had a standard for happy and courteous employees. Literally every one I've been to, I've always been impressed... Until I visited this one. Employees helping customers talked very low and annoyed. No smiles, no energy. And I realized it was every single one of them. No "thank you" "it was a pleasure" "have a great day" or even a simple "hello" greeting. Just "next. What's the name?"
