Terrible service. All standing in the back while there was a line.

Barely enough meat on the cheese steak. Fry cup wasn’t even full. For the prices they charge they need to do better.

It’s a theme park, so there were long lines. We did mobile orders and were able to get a food relatively quickly. There is not “mobile order” window and the staff is mostly younger kids/adults trying to figure it out. However the food was great and although not the healthiest, I definitely recommend the crab fries.

I ordered a regular bucket of crab fries and I had to wait 10 minutes for them. Why? Because a customer BEHIND me in line ordered a family sized bucket of fries, so he was served first. I had to wait for the next batch to come out of the fryer. They don’t serve customers on a first in, first served basis. I was told, “family buckets get the priority.” This is BS! The chicken tenders they used to serve were excellent, but they have been replaced with chicken bites that have more breading than chicken.

Kids working there are more interested in chatting with each other than working. Very rude to customers. Not worth it.

Food was really good but I had to wait to get my lemonade as the people working were more interested and having a conversation and getting my order. I understand that they are teenagers and may be on their first job but I literally had to say where's my lemonade only to have the guy basically turn around wave to one of his buddies while he kept telling a story to someone else without even acknowledging me. A little more customer focused would be appreciated

Crab fries with no crab meat and knock off old bay

Line could move a lot faster if the employees were either arguing with each other or on their phones. There doesn’t need to be such a long line for crinkle fries with old bay on them. Staff needs to get their ducks in a row.

Don't waste your time and money on over rated fries that don't taste good. Chickie's and Pete's are the most over rated fries ever.

A little pricey, and surprisingly high on the calorie intake if you are watching your weight. But solidly tasty food.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I literally was told that there's ONLY old bay on the CRAB fries, no crab. How can you say you're "home of the world famous crab fries" when there's NO CRAB on anything?? Absolutely disappointing.
