It’s a theme park, so there were long lines. We did mobile orders and were able to get a food relatively quickly. There is not “mobile order” window and the staff is mostly younger kids/adults trying to figure it out. However the food was great and although not the healthiest, I definitely recommend the crab fries.
Food was really good but I had to wait to get my lemonade as the people working were more interested and having a conversation and getting my order. I understand that they are teenagers and may be on their first job but I literally had to say where's my lemonade only to have the guy basically turn around wave to one of his buddies while he kept telling a story to someone else without even acknowledging me. A little more customer focused would be appreciated
Crab fries and dip were amazing!!! Delicious!!! Cooked fresh!! I would recommend that the employees focus and not have customers waiting while having a long conversation with no mask over food prepared for customers. That part was disgusting.
