Wonderful highly recommended
Great dinner tonight , Cafe has been very clean and great results with social distancing this year and great meals, this summer and fall, keep up the great work
Keep in mind that this place is exclusive to Hersheypark employees.
Old run down unsafe tourist trap. Everything is staffed with sleepy octogenarians or spaced out stoners. Don’t ask for assistance or they’ll chew you out. How could a chocolate based theme park be so unfriendly and unhappy. P.S. Don’t even joke about Willy Wonka, they get pizzed off!
The historical trolley tour was interesting, and it was great that the trolley was sanitized before our tour started. Chocolate World was indeed chocolate heaven. However, none of the rides in the park were sanitized in between passengers (at least not the ones we saw). The highlight for me was the funnel cakes and fried oreos, which were really good. The zoo was not too big, but it was amazing that they had gray wolves. We had to reserve/schedule tickets to the park for admission, so I was really surprised that the park was still extremely crowded. Most of the staff were nice. Not all stalls accepts cash. Not sure if I’ll ever go back.
Went on break after 5 hours and was closed 2 early, couldn’t get any food...
Ok first of all we love Hershey but this time we were a bit disappointed. We didn’t care that there wasn’t social distancing in lines, but then we had to social distance on the coaster? Just doesn’t make sense. A few of the popular coasters were closed which makes for longer lines. The hours of operation are limited which made it difficult to enjoy all Hershey has to offer as most of our time was spent waiting in line. We had a good time as we just made the best of it. And there are people patrolling the mask wearing and almost everyone I saw was being compliant, and I didn’t notice a lot of eating in lines, but what else are you supposed to do when you’re waiting over 30 minutes for the Scrambler! If crowds aren’t your thing right now then stay home, but if you do go just know your wait times will be longer than normal.

Not Pandemic Friendly. On the website they make you feel like their controlling social distancing and mask wearing. I was very upset that it was full capacity. The lines barely had stickers to social distance. People were on top of eachother. There should be someone in each ride monitoring social distancing. People were taking their masks off anywhere. Online eating on top of you. I did not feel safe at all. I know people would say don't go. But I took a chance trusting hershey try to make it safe. The rides were not cleaned at all throughout out the day. I wouldn't recommend if you are worried about pandemic.
Not over crowded and plenty of rides. Some rides, Fahrenheit and Cupfusion, had long lines. Be sure you know ride height requirements before waiting in line. Bathrooms were clean and hand sanitizer stations were everywhere. Chick-fil-A was a great surprise! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Great food!
My Wife, 10 year old and me visited the park for the Xmas and New Year's. Candy Lane has changed and it's not those kiosks but Xmas tress you walk through in the park. Some rides open and some food stands open. Super expensive. Overall a fun time. Masks had to be worn due to the Covid issue so that took away from it.
Good food
