The food is always good. I grew up in Philly. Sorrento's is as good as any restaurant in South Philly. It is the best Italian Resturant by far in Hershey.

Vivienne consistently takes my dreams and makes them reality! From a funfetti “Two the Moon” birthday cake, to pies that are so good I’m happy to eat them for breakfast, to a cake that was so adorable I ordered it twice (one for a cake smash photo shoot and again for the first birthday party), we’ve been happy customers across the board!

Amazing food, service and ambiance. Lobster ravioli was great; butter squash ravioli even better!

The service was terrific and the food was outstanding. It was our anniversary and the staff recognized it. We love going there.

Service was great but the food was lacking in flavor. Chicken marsala had very little sauce and a couple of mushroom pieces. Chicken was definitely cooked, over in fact. We ate here last year and it was excellent. Maybe a bad night.

I have eaten here before and loved the food, unfortunately my margarita pizza was very under cooked in the middle and soaked in a liquid that I'm not sure what it was. Was in a hurry to get to a show or would have sent the pizza back. Ate outer 1/2 of 2 pieces out of 8. Obviously didn't take the rest to go.

Ordered a standard small 3 layer round cake for $53 and some change. Very simple bordered decorations which was fine. But the cake itself was very dry. I heard good reviews of this place but I was very disappointed with the cake. Being 3 layers, it was a lot of cake so u could really tell how dry it was. It was vanilla cake with chocolate icing.

Wonderful place. Great people to work with. We got our daughter a cake for her birthday. They were the only place around that did dye free!!!! Highly highly recommend.

We cannot recommend Vivian and Creation Cakes and Desserts more! We used Creation Cakes for our wedding desserts and were so happy with working with Vivian every step of the way. We met with Vivian months prior for a tasting and she was so flexible, easy and professional to work with. She was able to adjust desserts and personalize everything exactly how we wanted and we got so many compliments on how delicious the desserts were. We wanted something simple (and delicious) for our wedding cake and loved what she did for us. The amazing desserts, perfect customer service, attention to detail and customization made our wedding day even more special.

Absolutely fantastic gluten-free menu, awareness of Celiac disease, and cross-contamination. The complimentary warm gluten-free bread was such a treat :) Thank you for offering such tasty food (we had the GF vodka penne pasta and a GF pizza) -- everything was fantastic! We'll definitely be back to try your other gluten-free options.

Great food, friendly expedient service. She payed special attention to our GF diner, bringing GF bread without our asking. Always a great place!

I have a serious sweet tooth, as does my friend so we were thrilled when we saw this shop yesterday. The pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting is hands down the best cupcake I’ve ever had. It’s sweet, but not overwhelming. We can’t wait to dig into the rest of the goodies we came home with and look forward to visiting the next time we are in PA for the phenomenal service and food.

My family and friends make an annual trip to Hershey and Piazza Sorrento is a must have, every year. It's inexpensive for the quality of food, gluten free for my wife and kids, and incredible service. Highly recommend.

Our server Roma was fantastic!! She was patient and attentive and that only added to the amazing food!! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience, We will be Back, Cheers 🍷🍷
