Desserts Etc. created a masterpiece for our wedding! The spice cake with cheesecake filling and apple cinnamon frosting, inspired by my husband’s love for spice cake, was exactly as I envisioned—moist, flavorful, and beautifully crafted. As a longtime fan of Hershey Pantry & Desserts Etc, I knew they would deliver, and Thalia did not disappoint. Highly recommend for any occasion, especially brunch and desserts 🏆

Had an extremely difficult time locating, we passed it 2 times and on the third we spotted it, their sign out front is simply too small and dark. Once we parked and went inside the selection they had was very interesting and enticing. I decided to get a quiche, but the staff who took my order stepped away and did not inform her coworkers of my order. My partner had already finished her food before they even asked if I got my food. This upset my appetite and killed all enthusiasm and enjoyment of my food once they microwaved it. The food tasted fine and their deserts looked great too, but the staff and the hard to notice sign soured the whole experience.

The atmosphere here is cute & cozy! Ordered an Apple Pie Cookie and it was absolutely amazing. We ordered muffins as well, the appearance of them is super aesthetic as a foodie, but they were extremely dry and almost difficult to eat since they fell apart. The cookie was delicious & soft, and we enjoyed our drinks and the friendly service.

Their desserts are tasty-- addicting, really. Breakfast sandwiches and salads are available, too. Various styles of coffee and teas are a pleasant add-on. I have never left here unsatisfied. The seating areas are small, but cozy. Eat-in or take away at your leisure. Lastly, the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They go above and beyond.

Visitor of this coffee shop a few times a year as a visitor of Hershey. I ordered a gluten free cookie, and they gave me one with wheat because they weren’t paying attention. As a sufferer of celiac disease, this was a rough mistake. I take personal responsibility for the issue that happened, but the order was recorded as GF, and the cookie that was put on my plate had gluten in it. Also, the GF and wheat products are stored in the same case. I let the staff know that this happened and I shared because someone could have a significantly worse reaction than myself. I have a bad reaction- but someone could need medical attention from this mistake. The staff didn’t seem to care when brought this to their attention. Big L for this situation as a whole. Market GF products but don’t seem to take the situation seriously.

I had ordered cake about a year ago. Cake was very dry. The owner was nice enough to send me a gift card. I took the gift card in today cause I was there for a reunion. The help told me the gift card was not there and there was nothing on it. It’s bad enough. I received a cake that was so dry. It wasn’t edible and then to fake me with this gift card like you’re standing behind your products. All I can say is shame on you. this sure does look like the gift card that is theirs.
Love love love the dessert options!!! So many choices and all super delicious!!! Great porch seating and the have coffee and ice cream available! I had the fresh peach cheesecake and my cousin had the chocolate Nutella bomb dessert! So good! Highly recommend!!!

I ordered a custom cake and sent a picture but received totally a different cake. They charged a custom cake price, but didn’t do the job. Maybe they don’t have the skills and the customer service is super rude. I definitely won’t ever go back there.
