Dunkin'

Service depends if you get one of the young kids that truly look like they've never bought food anywhere else. The owners are fantastic and always deliver the correct portion size and correct orders all with a smile and a kind word! Awesome store!

Closed really early so park goers can't rely on getting anything

This place is horrible the chubby employees had an attitude while I was asking a question. The tables were dirty. There was hair in my sandwich. I’ve seen the Indian man making food without gloves will never go there again. Poor service this place need shut down asap

A nice little pit stop for iced coffee I'm the middle of Hersheypark. It's not overpriced either.

I WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY AGAIN! the service was horrendous and the owner id a complete moron. don’t eat here!!! go to any other dunkin in the area don’t give these people your money!!! i hope there’s a new owner soon. i will be telling all my friends and family about how horrible my experience is. my food was cold and barely cooked. the owner completely ignored me when i brought up my missing 6 donuts and told me to keep driving. unbelievable. the line felt like it took 3 days! i wish i could give this dumpster fire less than one star!

Have stopped here many times over the past 10 years in our travels. This Dunkin is by far the best. Coffee is always fresh, service is prompt and courteous. All you can ask for.

Prefer human ordering. Bagels were not toasted as requested and had 1/2 teaspoon of cream cheese. Called manager and he refused to make it right. Human ordering far exceeds the kiosk experience. Would highly recommend you avoid this Dunkin

We had trouble in the past, but decided to give it another chance. Went back twice. The first time back the coffee was cold. The next visit, the coffee was not correct. One cup was covered in coffee. Quickly figured out the lid was not on correctly.

Every experience that I had at Dunkin in Hershey was a bad experience but this was the worst experience I ever had. I placed my order at the drive-thru got a drink and some donuts for my coworkers. I also decided I was going to order a breakfast sandwiche they had asked if I wanted hash browns to go with my sandwich I said sure. I pulled up to the to the window they hand me my my donuts and my drink and I said where's my sandwich they hand me out a sandwich I open it up it has tomatoes cheese it's nothing that I ordered. My drink was nasty I left there one over to Starbucks got myself a good drink called Dunkin' donuts to let them know I got the wrong order. the young lady immediately started to laugh and said yeah y yet rou got the wrong sandwich I said I'm coming back for my sandwich but I didn't get my hash browns either she said she would have it ready for me when I came back I asked the young lady what is so funny this is 9⁹not funny I have to be at work in 10 minutes. I will nopppót be returning to this Dunkin' donuts ever again which for the record I bought my employees donuts at least once a week. For the young lady who thought that it was funny this morning when you messed up on my order you should really take into consideration that people like you are replaceable and maybe your I'm the wrong line of work. Looks over the appetizing doesn't it?
