Stopped in to store for 2 dozen assorted donuts. There are multiple order screens, and even though 6 employees were working they ignored the 3 customers at the counter, even when we tried to tell them the touchscreens were not working. All 3 of us left without being able to order anything. If you want to order, apparently you must go through the drive through, which was busy enough that 6 employees were comfortable ignoring in store people attempting to be customers. Just go to the Starbucks next door, far better service.

Bathroom was disgusting. I asked a crew member if they could clean it as there was blood and feces on the toilet and my small child had to go. They asked me to wait a moment and I did. The lady walked in the bathroom and said “no, I don’t have time for that”. I checked the men’s room and it had urine everywhere. I decided to leave and try to make it somewhere else, but my child didn’t make it and had an accident. I will not visit this store again.

Arguably the worst Dunkin donuts I've been to. Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes. Nobody even looked at me. Good job! Now I'm hungry AND Pissed off at humanity. Even after I ordered, after making a claim, they didn't even let me know in my food was up 🤷🤣 piss poor attitude

The schedule on Sunday says it should be open until 10 PM. I don't know if it's out of date but it's 9 PM and someone inside and the drive thu was on but said it was already closed.

Sadly, this Dunkin’ fails over and over. They will maybe get the order right 1 in every 10 visits, the food is always served inappropriately (donuts with icing thrown in a bag with no parchment wrapping or other protection upside down - why?), donuts are dry, clearly never fresh or even attempted (go to Karns, Filling Station, or Dunkin’ towards Harrisburg for better all around service and quality), and the store is absolutely disgusting inside - very dirty. This store has the potential to be outstanding but it takes the management, ownership, and employees to be so. Sadly, they are in the heart of Hershey and showcasing poor standards for all the tourists. Go to Starbucks for better foods and service (better for this type of industry). Or the Dunkin’ on 322. Or franchise owner, correct all of these poorly operated functions!!! Especially the inconsistency AND DONUTS!!!
**update: still -1 stars. The staff appear miserable and unsupported. No urgency in getting orders out. Very flat attitude from staff. I came here because Starbucks was out of my regular, but I realize for certain I’d rather take a chance on a drink I may not like vs coming to this Dunkin.

Was rushing around with my 4 children trying to get breakfast before a full day at Hershey Park. The worker here named Megan was very kind to my crazy kids and also fixed our online order that we had messed up beforehand. Donuts and coffee were also tasty and fresh. :-)
This has to be one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to. Highly unorganized, slow, and inefficient. Our drinks tasted awful and the donuts were stale at 9 in the morning. This place definitely needs to make some changes.
