Very rude employees. Coffee was cold and burnt. When I told the server she grab them out of my hand and then over heated them in the microwave. We could not drink them. Was afraid to say anything else.

Like Tim Horton, but not as good... They were better in Canada in the 90s, unfortunately they don't exist anymore up here. I was kind of underwhelmed with their tame coffee and poor selection of donuts.

I went 6/25 @830. The lady at the window was so rude and took forever. Like oh no don’t be bad at your job AND have an attitude. I had 2 mobile orders and a drive thru order. The sandwich was missing the top and croissant was burnt. There were like 2+ employees so why weren’t they helping each other out. Terrible!

It takes quite a bit for me to leave a negative review. However, after having half my order missed and basically donating to this location, I stopped going for a long time. With my 4 year old begging me to stoo, I tried again. Not speaking fast, speaking to fast, having to repeat my order multiple times. Having my chocolate milk missed multiple days to the point I had to ask for it. Ordering a bagel sandwich that you could throw and hurt someone. Ordering a black pepper bacon sandwich to have regular bacon. To sit in a line forever to be parked to receive a hard bagel, over cooked hash browns and a cold bacon sandwich. Please figure out how to bring this establishment back to what it was years ago. Its gone down hill and should honestly be shut down if not corrected. Gives Dunkin a bad name.

Stopped in to store for 2 dozen assorted donuts. There are multiple order screens, and even though 6 employees were working they ignored the 3 customers at the counter, even when we tried to tell them the touchscreens were not working. All 3 of us left without being able to order anything. If you want to order, apparently you must go through the drive through, which was busy enough that 6 employees were comfortable ignoring in store people attempting to be customers. Just go to the Starbucks next door, far better service.
