We were the only ones in the restaurant and they were so slow, order is wrong, even though they had it in their hand. They were complaining about the customers and about working there, while the customers were right in front of the them. Highly recommend NOT going there. The owners should be ashamed of their employees.

Ordered two breakfast sandwiches through the drive-through and the cheese was not melted on either of them and they were both cold. I went inside to address the problem and it was an issue. It took a while for someone to notice that I was standing there and when I told them about the problem, she said, what do you want me to do?(Rude employees)!!! They did make me two new sandwiches, but you could tell it was a problem they had to do that.

You have to do a REALLY bad job for me to leave a negative review. So, here it is. On 2/28/25 at 9:00am, I stopped and this Dunkin on my way home after a work conference. My mistake. I didn’t complain, but I had to correct the person taking my order twice. I also overheard, while sitting at the pickup window, my order being repeated between them a third time. I ended up with rubbery, very cold bacon, and only 2 of the 4 sweeteners I asked for in my coffee. Luckily, I keep some in my car. Maybe it was very stale, but something was definitely wrong with that bagel too?
With NO customers in the store, NO other cars in the drive thru, and what looked like three or four people working, how could they put out such a poor order? Maybe all the young guys “working” were too busy enjoying themselves, which is fine, but you have to pay attention to the quality of your work and your performance also?

This place refuses cup of water and makes you buy bottled water for $2.79. If you have ice, you have water. Go to Starbucks down the road instead.

Friendly staff but they always get my order wrong. 4 times now. I get hot my daughter iced, any they almost always mess it up and give us 2 hot, 2 iced. They never stir the sugar and flavors
I have zero issues at the one over on 39 by giant, this location is closer but I guess I'll drive the extra 5 min for now on.

Just about $6 for a bagel and a donut. Portions are incredibly small. Stop patronizing these businesses it's becoming a joke at this point

Open until 10, I enter at 7:50 and the staff didn't seem to want to help me. Telling me to order from the kiosk, but only having a poor selection of donuts left. She was too busy on her phone. Who manages these places?

The coffee was fine and the service was good. The temperature in this Dunkin was maybe 85 degrees or hotter. Unacceptable, how can your employees work in that heat? And the self service stations are miserable. You can’t order at the counter any longer. Removing all human connection from your stores is NOT what people want.

Ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich with no egg and no cheese and a snackin bacon… they gave me 3 pieces of bacon on my sandwich and 4 (maybe) in my snackin bacon. I payed 10 dollars for this SMH.
