Coffee is always good at this location. First time (after many visits) that service gets 5 stars. In the past, service was just painfully slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy and there seemed to be enough staff (5+). They're doing something right now because service was fast, courteous and zero mistakes with our order! Congrats! We'll definitely be back.

Ignored at counter for 15 minutes. Noone even greeted me. One family in whole restaurant. Went to Kios & placed order. 6 people working drive thru. Got the signature later after another 10 minute wait. Took another 5 minutes for plain iced Coffee. Nothing said to me by Staff. Not going again!

Very sweet staff :) only complaint is my donut holes felt stale. However the staff were very nice when i told them they forgot an item in my order. As someone with anxiety i appreciate this, i will be coming back ❤️

Love it here. Alexandria Jordan Starliper is so good at her job and The matcha and Donuts are sooooo Good especially when it’s made by Alex. I think she deserves a raise! She’s the best employee to exist in my opinion.

They always mess up my order in some way. Examples: I say Liquid sugar they put in regular sugar. The hot coffee is lukewarm. I am done giving them chances when they get new staff thinking maybe they will do better.

Nice , it feels like corporate dystopia. All the screens you can order from. You don't have to interact with a human. It's just a bunch of teens drowning about back and forth, looking zonked. Like the vibe not for everyone.

Everytime I come to this dunkin location, I’m more and more disappointed. Staff was nice but they spent more time fooling around with eachother than making sure the orders were correct. Drinks are a hit or miss here and food is usually bad. Croissants come out burnt every time and barely have any toppings on them. Bagels are either burn or have no cream cheese on them. I ordered a hot coffee and the cup leaked causing a mess in my cup holder and on my clothes. Don’t bother spending your money here- take the time to drive the extra 15-20 mins to another dunkin location.
